I have rented a storage unit from a different facility before, and comparing them to Big E there is no comparison. Their pricing and specials are very competitive and reasonable. The site is clean, I did not see any rodents or bugs in my storage unit or on the property all together. They have great security and know what is going on at all times so I felt more at ease storing my entire home here in their storage facility. Access going in and out of the facility is very easy, I never once had a problem getting in or out or my pin not working. Ashley the on site manager is extremely helpful, and flexible with your needs. She can answer any question you have and is very eager and willing to help you in any way. I particularly asked about rats getting into the unit and she offered to put some type of a packet in my unit to help ensure that did not happen. She is very friendly and easy to talk to. Unlike my past experience at the last storage place I rented from the employees were on their personal phones while assisting me and just plain rude. I did not get any of that while renting from BIG E! Her assistant in the office was also very friendly and helpful, its good to know that not only the manager but all other employees are knowledgeable and eager to help you. From my initial phone call to ask about their specials and pricing to my move out I was very pleased with BIG E and how they make sure customer service is their main priority!. I would HIGHLY recommend them! Especially since Ive rented from a couple other storage facilities in the Stockton area, and can vouch for BIG E. Give them a call! Theyre the BEST in the Stockton area, you will not be disappointed!

I rented a spot to park one of my extra vehicles and it is affordable cheaper than all the places I called and much nicer. The guy who helped me was so nice, inviting and very professional. The employee went over the entire contract with me to make sure I understood everything. Prior to this I had rented at Public Storage and I could never get them to return my call in a timely manner and they were very rude. Also public storages facility was not very clean. Big E is clean and very well taken care of. The employee even helped me put a cover on the window because I could not get it to roll up properly until my husband could get off of work and get a cover for the car two days later. This is a 100 percent customer service type of place. Please give this place a call first before you rent a space anywhere else.

We searched on-line for a couple of weeks for a storage unit to replace one that we currently have. Found Big E had a unit available so we reserved it and went in two days later. The unit was still waiting for us and had not been given away despite us not putting down any credit card information. Anthony was quite helpful in showing us our unit, the terms of our contract etc. He answered all of our questions and was quite helpful. We especially liked the idea of being able to drive up to our unit any time between 7 am - 7 pm daily. That wasnt an option at the facility that we are leaving. Were glad that we found Big E. Check them out. You wont be disappointed.

When I rented the unit, I was very pleased. I cant remember his name but the guy helping me was very nice, funny and easy going, so if Id been asked to do this reviwe then, it wouldve been 5 stars.. But since I was asked today, Im only giving 2 stars because the chick in the office is a real biatch she made me regret running the unit so far shes harassed us about garbage that we didnt leave outside the unit and got on us for loitering when we were there over the for an hour going through our stuff so Im giving it to Stars I really should only do one maybe there we go

We just moved back in the area from San Diego and when it came to find a storage place our WHOLE family referred us to Big E and we totally see why! Ashley and her whole team is great! Very professional and the grounds are always clean. We have no worries that our belongings arent safe and in good hands! Anthony and Ashley @ the Stockton location are so Amazing and Professional not to mention. Knowledgeable! And i was so pleased with the serviced I received that I returned for a smaller unit even though I moved all the way across across town !! Who ever hired them keep up the good work !
