Terrible experience.. after seeing all these reviews i believe my storage unit mustve been defective.. rented a unit there hadnt had a change to go in n check on it it has been a little over two months when I did go in n check on it. When I did, all my items were full of dust webs debri I was so upset it was so dirty I didnt even want to walk into my unit.. As I contacted Rhonda right away she had told me I can change my unit which was fine but who was going to clean all my valuable items n help me move.. when I moved in there I had hired a company bc of my bad bazk.. well after Ronda changed her mind in helping me move n clean all my items I had to do it by myself.. mind u my unit which she had switched me to she ended up giving that one away knowing it was her last unit with that size n knowing I was going to change my unit, at this point Im extremely upset bc my things were ruined and when I asked for help due to a disability her response was she could not help me due to company policies.. now thats the worst customer service I have received.. at this point I just wanted out... after finding out she gave it away two days later she cslls me n tells me theres another unit and that she would help in cleaning n moving items. What a joke! when I got there once again used that line on me of against company policies n if a customer was to see her help me they would ask for help to. Wow what a great response, Im sorry but ur storage seal was defective thats how all my items got Ruined.. to make a long story short I ended up cleaning n removing my items on my own.. I have rented units before at other facilities never once did I have a problem like this.. worst customer service ever.. oh n then to top it off get a late payment fee cuz I wasnt sure if she was going to be able to find me another unit or if I had to move to another facility.. extemely dissaponted with this storage facility..anyone who rents a unit here be sure to put something on the floor that will prevent what happened to me n my valuable items.. not to mention I had gotten this storage so I could have some peace of mind that my items where going to be just fine..boy, was I wrong!

Hammer Lane Self Storage is located behind Home Depot. This place is top of the line when it comes to storage facilities. Very clean grounds and units, cameras, alarmed units and great hours of access. All this and to top it off great monthly rates and the staff Rhonda and Cameron are great and willing to go the extra mile to provide you with outstanding service!!!! Highly recommend this facility for all of your storage needs.

Rhonda was exceptionally awsome she provided the best customer service experience I have had in a long time. I went to look around at other storage facilities but this one was by far the best and cleanest. Rhonda also made it very easy to decide to get a storage with you guys because she provided great customer service that knowone else did.

Its harder to find great service and personal care so when you come across it, it deserves mentioning At the time we used their services, we also had 4 other units in other complexes. The care of the facility and the level of personal service provided to us ensures that going forward this will be the only storage company we use.
