we were looking for a nice clean and affordable storage area for our friend whos like a daughter to us. And she found this Self Storage place which my wife and i went to go look at, Anthony help us so much on actually getting the right size for us, then the one we had pick at first. And the great price for the Storage Unit made our day. Anthony even took us to see the Unit to make sure that was the right size for us. The StorQuest was very clean and many Security Cameras which we liked for our daughter so when she goes to get things. Anthony explain everything to us before we sign the papers. We would recommend this Storage facility .....

I called to inquire about storage and received excellent service via phone. I shortly received a follow up call from Anthony, who assisted me for the remainder of the day. After moving all day I arrived at Storage Quest at 5:45pm, 15 minutes before their office closed, Anthony walked me through the entire process... gave me a tour of different size units... and ensures I had EVERYTHING I needed to complete my process. Thank you Anthony for the excellent, 5-Star service shown to me.

The manager Ofelia at this facility is very rude and very unprofessional! The manner in which she conducts herself is disgusting!! Customer service is NOT practiced... what is practiced is calling/emailing customers and threatening eviction the day the payment qualifies for a "late fee", not posting payments left in the night slot. I would never recommend this facility.

The manager of this storage facility, Ophelia, is very professional. She is firm in making sure all tenants know and follow the rules and procedures. Making you feel safe when coming to this facility. She is also, very courteous and helpful when speaking with tenants. I am extremely happy with her customer service. I highly recommend this storage facility.

I have rented here for over a year and I can honestly say this is a great facility. The staff has always been accommodating and willing to work with me in my stressful storage drama. The Manager Ophelia is very customer service friendly and she deserves a raise.

Ophelia is an expert with dealing with people. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to store all of our belongings, plus a Jetski and a truck in their 10x30 unit. We hated moving but grateful that Ophelia made our journey smoother.
