Super great place and Donna (manager) is so great to work with, she is always friendly and helpful. the maintenance man (I think is her husband) no so friendly, but the grounds are always cleans. I think they are retiring soon, they have been there a very long time. They have a new person training now and will take over when they do leave. Hopefully he can fill their shoes. Super great prices, probably the best in town. I only have one complaint and that is, you are not sure when you walk into office if you are at a storage place or the SPCA. There is a BIG sign in front window for SPCA and inside is a bunch of stuff you can buy for a donation. In my opinion, this window and wall space should be storage related NOT SPCA! A SMALL donation box would be sufficient. Again great place I will recommend.

Horrible customer service, Ive had my unit with them since Jan 2015 just cleaned it out last week and come to find out their infested with rodents what they call pest. They havent returned no calls in 6 days now and no one knows what you say or do... Obviously their not doing the up keep on their facility to prevent this from happening Ive had to throw away all mattresses that were brand new and couches due to rat feces.. I highly recommend no one rents units from space station on West lane Stockton California..

I have rented storage units here for a very long time, about 15 to 20 years, everytime i need a storage i have always gone to space station. Donna the manager who has retired has been so helpful and friendly, now the new manager jessica is just as friendly. The units are very secure very clean and i will always be a customer at space station storage. And they always have specials going on, i just refered my girlfriend today.

Friendly worker! Very secured! Everyone have different code number for the gate the way they could off alarm for your unit only. Yes, if someone open your unit, alarm will went off! Storage my stuff there for almost 3 years now. They communicate effectively via mail. Wished could pay online or phone other than in mail as well I moving around.

We stored our team equipment for the off season. Managers were very helpful and showed us how to protect our things. They beat all the other prices. The place is older but very clean. After we stayed a couple of months, they even supported one of our team functions.

Cheap, meager cameras, fire haxard, plyboard units.... I wouldnt suggest keeping your stuff here unless its not worth much to you...
