NO STARS!!! DO NOT use this storage company. They rip you off big time, sell your stuff with no warning, and dont bother to care at all to help you. My family put very valuable things in the storage to hold while we moved and told us we would have to pay $119 a month. After 3 months they told us to pay $600. how does $119 for 3 months add up to $600? Mathematically impossible right? Not only that, but they told my father that they would contact him before they touched the storage and did not live up to their word. Philip is the name of the employee who did all the actual damage in this situation. Definately not employee of the month.

Great price for the first 6 months. Free moving truck too... heres where things go south: DO NOT RENT FOR MORE THAT 6 MONTHS! The price jumps from $50 mo. to $200. Yeah, thats right... I spend $200 per month on the second to the largest storage. Oh, and getting in and out of there during rush hour is impossible.

Do not use this storage facility, they told us to pay our full amount for rent and we would be reimbursed after we moved out of the unit and now after moving out they are telling us they dont give refunds
