i personally dont work at this facility but do work for one in tracy. just because a location is giving rate increases is not a reason a one star should be put on a review. Everything cost more money, property taxes, electricty and hourly wages. if someone has been at a storage facility and hasnt gotten a rate increase in 10 years, YOUR WAY OVER DUE. if you rent an apt every year you expect the rent to be hight, pg&e water, is more. So look at it like this, you havent gotten a rate increase in 10 years, you have save over 1500 dollars in storage rent, you should be thank full. no facility ever does that. i have been here before and i feel bad for that old man, they make him run around like he is 20 and i know he is in his 60s at my guess. go to another facility and you rate will be increased ever 90 days like clockwork

NEVER go there, had a storage there for over 10 years an all of a sudden they want to charge late fees plus 20 extra each month for ONE month missed, an all those fees go to "relisting it in the paper" and nothing went toward the missed payment.They have a whole list of people that they have done that to its ridiculous!
