Im not one for taking the time to write a review about a business, but I couldnt not spread the word about the great service I received at Life Storage in el dorado hills, ca. The facility is super clean and set up really well. I was most blown away by the customer service my mom and I received. Im not sure if the guy helping us was the store manager, but he was amazing! I think his name was Shamus. He represented himself professionally, answered all of our questions and went above and beyond when we arrived to drop off our storage. He helped us unload the truck! Who does that without being paid?! I just thought it was awesome and its refreshing to give business to a place that deserves it.

Just rented a small storage. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I liked that the storage is indoors. Prices were competitive with other location but the difference that set LifeStorage ahead of the others were that they provided more options for smaller sizes; the storage doors were located in the main hallway instead of a narrow walkway that I found all the other storage places had them located; the doors were placed on the longer length of the storage, which made it easier to place our items; they provided a flatbed for people to transport stuff from their vehicle to the storage location; The facility was very clean.

LifeStorage saved me, as I underestimated the amount of "stuff" we had that needed to be stored while we were in between houses. Fortunately, at the very last minute, the staff set me up with the incremental storage I needed. They were very very helpful and gave me a great deal. Trust me, this saved me from sleeping outside on the couch, as my wife had told me I had not secured enough space :).

Since these guys bought out the local company they have raised the rates three times in less than 1 year and have forced users to buy their insurance at another $10/month. I have been trying to get someone besides the local store manage on the phone since November and have yet to be successful. This is getting close to the worst customer service Ive ever had the pleasure of. Johnny

I rented a 10x10 unit. Their website is up-to-date and really user friendly. I was able to fill out all the paperwork and reserve the unit I wanted on their website at 11 PM and moved my stuff in the next day. So far my experience with LifeStorage has been great and I cant complain about the price, best in the area for a temperature controlled unit.

Great place if youre of right color live. 10Year resident never been treated so badly came in with a smile almost left with a warrant while moms was almost in tears.for just asking if they rent trailers.
