I initially had some problems with this company when I brought my boat in for routine service in April 2011. There was some mis-communication about parts, and the boat engine shut down on us while on the water shortly after having its serviced. After going back and forth for a while, Jon, the manager, kept in touch with us and worked with us to get the boat fixed. It runs fine now, but because of the inconvenience for us, Jon gave us a free detail on our boat. They completely cleaned and waxed the entire boat, vacuumed the interior and cleaned our carpets. Were happy with the end result and will work with Gold Key again in the future.

Owner called me up, and cussed at me and wouldnt let me respond without cutting me off and yelling and cussing. I dont know what his problem is, but I havent had anything in their lockers for over 2 months. Ive never had such a rude experience with a business owner over what is most likely some misplaced paperwork. Go over to iStorage and rent from them, they treat you like a person.

Absolutely the best storage experience Ive ever had. GoldKey storage has always treated me right, going above and beyond what is required. They helped me set up accounts over the phone, when I was pressed for time. The cleanliness of this place is amazing. The security is above anything Ive seen at a storage unit. Finally the price is unbeatable. Absolutely recommend!

This is the best storage facility that I have ever stored at. The facility is very clean and fairly priced. The manager Anatoly was very helpful and made sure my storage needs were taken care of. He answered all of my questions and gave me a great move in special!! I highly recommend this facility if your looking for storage in the El Dorado area!

This place is great. Pricing is good, payment options are great and easily configured on the website, the facility is secure and immaculately clean, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. They run monthly specials via email, so if your needs change you can usually swing a good deal.

I have been renting space at Gold Key Storage over 10 years. I currently rent five units. Management has always been responsive to my needs. I would certainly recommend this residents who need storage space. The facility is clean, climate controlled and accessible 24/7.

I cant speak for the storage units inside the building, but the security for the RV parking area is not good. My RV had its gas siphoned twice. Rvs and boats are not behind a gate. Rates are cheaper than other places, but at a risk.
