LIARS!!! Do not rent from them!! I rented a storage unit from them at the beginning of the summer. Although the price was a little higher than others, it was close to my office, and I was told that my rent would not be increased for a year. I had not even been there 6 months and THEY RAISED MY RENT!! I understand that the cost of doing business means that rent increases are inevitable, but blatant dishonesty like that is absolutely intolerable. Save your money, there are much better and more reliable storage places in Folsom.

This place is horrible! The office guy is so rude, and the units arent even clean. I thought there was an agency that regulates and inspects facilities like this against rodent infestation. I would never store anything here!

These people are very friendly and theyknow their business. They also gave me a really good deal for the first two months. I am also happy about the extra dollars I got to pay for a truck to move my stuff into my unit

I love that they have climate-controlled units, are very clean and offer eWaste recycling for cell phone, PDAs, etc. If you want storage in Folsom thats easy, I highly recommend Folsom ParkShore Self Storage!

Used it for short term storage. Got a good deal for the time I was there. Place is clean, had to store upstairs but the elevator is large. Staff was friendly. Would use them again. Bring a lock!

The staff at this place is extremely rude! I would never store my stuff at this place. They were offensive to my girlfriend, and downright nasty to me. Beware!
