Staff and location are great. The facility is nice and clean. Trucks available to help you move in and out. For the most part experience is good. Downside is how expensive it is to rent the most smallest of space. Rent was raised only after 6mos. and afraid will continue to be raised every 6 months. Im on SSI and have a very limited income, just wish since it is hard to find storage they wouldnt make it so expensive...Thank you Am still a customer, and have been renting now for 10 months.

Likes? Units are spacious, clean, and in working order. No evidence of rodents anywhere. I also like that I can have my rent paid automatically on credit card. Dislikes? Anyone can raise the gate by hand and let a vehicle in or out... and their "mushy" gate keypad always requires at least two tries to get the gate open. But these are nits, really. Theyre priced well, located well, and the staff is always super-friendly.

Dave and other staff of Springhill storage are extremely helpful in reassuring one in making the right storage choice. It quite often can be a hectic time in life, when one needs a storage unit, and a lot of the burden is eased with the quality service at Springhill. Also, the quality of the units themselves is excellent. I highly recommend using Springhill for your storage needs.

Highly recommend. I have used many facilities in the area and keep coming back to Springhill Storage. The staff is very friendly and swift in service. They are conveniently located and easy to access. I love the online coupon for a reduced rate the first month as I usually take weeks to fill my units.

This is my favorite storage in town. Ive used a few others in the past but the ease offered here makes a huge difference. Im able to pay online, the units are extremely clean and the staff is great and greets you by name when you pop in. And Dave has cookies baked fresh daily for your enjoyment.

I am very happy with Springhill Storage. The facility is always very clean and secure. Dave at the front desk is always very friendly and helpful. I love that my first months rent was only $1 and I can pay my bill online. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Excellent value on large storage units, access is easy and I like the advanced, high tech security for each unit. Use card swipe to get in and avoid the troublesome keypad. Have rented here on three occasions and would not go anywhere else
