I have been with this particular storage facility since 1987 and the people here are the best thing that ever happened to me. I appreciate that its always clean and not cluttered and the people working here are very friendly, they go out of their way to make sure that you have a positive experience. I have never had a negative experience only with certain tenants there.When I have friends looking for a storage facility I will definately recomend Valley Public Storage to them and tell them about the nice people that work here.

Current operations managers and the onsite manager have no clue as to what they are doing. The place is overrun with drug activity and the business practices are underhanded and deceptive to say the least. The place went in the toilet after the owner retired.
