The machines are older, some are sqeeky, however still good for the price. They do give the machines TLC, and yeah its busy in the mornings and during the after work rush hour.. If thats an issue for you then dont go around those times, or plan accordingly. I still managed to get most of my workout complete. However, the area where the Smith machines are , forget it.. Unless its Sat morning or Saturday around 11pm-1am, then youll have no chance at using that machine, some people HOG them or save them for their buddies even when not in use. Same thing with the weights people hoard them or save them for their buddies. Anyway, I now go to a different PF..where the machines are accessible at almost anytime of day. Also, this PF parking lot doesnt have a parking attendant at all times or security patrolling around the parking lots for safety. Alot of women use this gym and it would be nice to have the security guard that it there make rounds instead of just staying by the door. Also, cameras in your parking lot would be nice, maybe some reserved parking between the work out rush hour would be convenient for your members.. Other PF offer reserved parking. My car got hit here, some guy was frantically looking for parking, probably for elsuper and reversed against traffic into my car. They do have bagels and pizza though ::thumbs up:: I will not be coming back to this PF unless its a last resort.

Lots of Sloppy ghetto Meatheads who dont re-rack, seems like hardly anyone carries a towel or bothers to wipe their nasty drip after they use machines, poor equipment setup and selection, old jerky machines, front desk girls almost always have rude snobby attitude (like 97% of the time) and they seem to always be lounging behind the front desk, I think I might have seen a genuine and sincere welcoming smile from one lady who checked me in one time (ONCE). So Expect a crappy automated fake reply with no eye contact when checking in. The graveyard guys are way cool, very pleasant, smile, greet, are informative and are usually doing stuff around the gym. Gym is better organized since they dont just lounge and yap like the females do. some of the guys in the daytime seem nice and willing to answer questions as well but the girls always seem busy gossiping and annoyed with pesky members wanting to check in. Makes me wish I didnt have to even make contact with staff. seen transients in locker room several times, too many treadmills not nuff Smith machines, no scale, limited free weights, spent water bottles everywhere during morning,il gym is usually Over crowded and it appears very few people have gym etiquette. Probably the worst gym in the southeast L.A. region. H.P. planet fitness.... Whats not to love?

DO NOT EVEN TRY THE TRIAN PERIOD NOT WORTH IT! I canceled my membership within the 5 day trial period (ON THE 4TH DAY) and they said that I will not get my money back because they dont know about that. I asked to speak to the manager she says that I will get my money back within 30 days but they will still charge me the monthly fee because it is automatically in the system. I asked to speak with the owner and they said no I can only speak with the manager, that there is nothing they can do about my money. They said that I have to surrender all my paperwork and membership. Now Im going to be charge for a membership that I cant used and whos know if Im going to get my initial payment i paid ($39)in a month.

Ive had my membership for about 3 months now, and at first I was a little skeptical but I really like this gym. Of course its busy during the week especially at night but unlike 24 hour fitness people are actually working out here and not just standing around doing nothing. And their mindful of the people who are waiting to use the machines when its packed. The bathrooms are either cleaned or beeing cleaned when I walk in. The employees are very friendly they always greet me when I walk in and when I leave. One thing I like most is everybody is too busy working out to even judge anybody. Once you get over how packed it is, this gym is great! Oh and on the weekends its super empty (for future reference)

Always full, i understand its a judge free zone but at least have some common sense to not sit your ass on a machine and hog it just to be on your phone, guys there dont know about leg day just hog the weights everyday some save the machine for their friend so you have little to no chance to use the machine you need, their water refill system is weak other pf have a water bottle refill machine here you have to refill it with the water fount, when you finally see the machine you need empty guess what OUT OF SERVICE employees dont enforce rules owner/manager obviously does not care about the issues because no action has been taken.

This location is one of the worst ones. People never clean after their machines. The machines all seem to be torn. You always have to wait for a machine, mat, weights to be available. Customer service is terrible. It smells like a** (yes gyms are all supposed to smell that way However Ive been to plenty of gyms and this one by far smelled the worst). The bathrooms had toilet paper on the floor and smelled like they hadnt cleaned it weeks. Not to mention walking out of the place at night isnt the safest area. I only went here because I happen to be near the area. Never again. TORRANCE location is WAY better.

Very unpleasant experience I understand that its only 10/20 dollars a month but that doesnt give the employees any reason to not do theyre best I go to the PF in Alhambra and honestly they blow you guys away and might I add for the exact same price Ill come back but not because I truely want to, more because if the situation comes up I have too. Get your stuff together fix your machines give people limits on all machines and if its truely a no judgement zone then watch the gym members and keep control instead of sitting on your asses. You guys deserve 1* but Im being generous and giving you 2.

The worst gym i ever been to. Womens bathroom smells lile poop. Staff very lazy they have the a/c on full blast so its hard to sweat not only that but i got sick bcuz of them having the a/c on. Instead of the staff cleaning their on their phones. The managers are worse! If they dont like u they wont help u. Tue trainers only help the skinny females on the mechines and when someone needs help their to busy flirting with the managers and staff. I give this gym a big 0 they suck. Bcuz of this gym i want to cancel my membership and sign up for L.A. fitness

Pretty nice gym for the price. They do take care of their machines and the staff is nice. One problem right now is that its way too full sometimes at around the evening hours but that is expected. However, they do provide a paper that shows you the average member usage times so you can avoid crowds which I thought was very cool of them. My only real complaint though is that they dont keep an eye on the circuits so theres always people in there hogging the machines. Other than that I enjoy coming to this gym and I think its worth the price.
