Ive had a membership here for 3 years, along with paying for several other memberships for family at other UFC gym locations. The gym is great, training is good but you dont do these sorts of thing for free which means there is a business side that needs to make dollars and cents. If you cant get your act together the way you handle your customers money and the way you take care of these issues its all for not, You will lose business. Every time Ive needed to change the credit card on file they continue to charge the old card. This has happened at least 3 times and counting. The problem is they still charge you a late fee as if its your fault. I can understand if "The System" does it, Fine just correct the mistake. This most recent time they seem to have charged me this late fee 3 times in the span of one week. Sometimes its not worth fighting over $10 dollars (In this case $30)...but seriously. If you cant trust a business to be RESPONSIBLE with your personal financial information what happens next??? How much of my valuable personal time and UFC gym time must we waste? Ive made addressed the situation 5 times now with the staff and get nothing but the run around and excuses about how its not my fault, its not their fault, its the other managers faults, call back Friday, call back next week, there is nothing I can do, well call you back. Nobody seems to care. No one sees the value in the fact ive referred over over 25 memberships and pay for several myself. I wonder if they will see it when I STOP referring people and START telling people to avoid that gym. I also starting to hear stories how their corporate office handles membership cancellations, this from past members and even people Ive referred myself. Mind you this is my reputation on the line now. Starting to sound VERY shady the way these situation are going down with harassment, threatening phone calls, and collection departments.

Somebody broke into my locker and stole everything; wallet, credit cards, DL, cash card, keys, brand new iPhone... It was around 7-8 pm during weekday, and I used a stable lock. The gym was crowded, and many people should be in the locker room. But this incident still happened. No nice angle surveillance cameras or physical security guards. This doesnt make sense as a 24/7 gym in a city like Torrance. I have been in investigation business. I was expecting the gym to provide reasonable security measures to prevent/investigate this kind of incidents. They may say "no valuable items in the locker." Okay, but who goes to a gym without carrying anything? Who goes out without car/home key, ID and cellphone? Other gyms like LA Fitness usually offer small safe boxes with dial locks just to store small items. Where should I leave my personal items while I am taking a group class if the locker room is not safe? Just leave on the floor where anybody can access? I have been a member of several fitness clubs for more than 20 years, but UFC Gym Torrance is the only place I have experienced like that. Total nightmare after the incident. I like classes there, but unfortunately I cannot recommend this gym.

I have been a member of this gym. I am extremely disappointed with one of the recruitment members named Jesse. He was outright rude and unhelpful. Didnt make any effort to help me at all. Pretty much told me not to come back. The coaches Tony, Robert, all awesome but I just had a membership issue where it came up as expired when it shouldnt have been. If you meet a guy named Jesse, please stay away and ask to talk to someone else. Unless you are a fan of unprofessionalism. And to be honest, Im surprised the UFC is fine with this type of behavior. Ive worked at a gym and Ive never had the audacity to tell customers to not come back. I love the facility, but how can I give it 5 stars when their "membership specialists" treat me like trash?

Great Gym! Great Equipment & the people are friendly! The Food bar is great, but just be careful & watch as they make it, (meaning what they put in it)! I asked for Almond milk, & clearly watched a girl put non fat milk, (Im definitely not a milk fan), i asked her, which milk did you put in my drink, as she looked down on my cup she responded oh Almond milk! (The cashier had written Almond milk on the side of the cup), I was way to blown out tired, but was in ah for being straight out lied too! Right to my face! Other then that the gym is great. The food bar has good food. I recommend. Just be mindful

If you like really loud hip hop music or 90s grunge music, then you will love this gym. For me lately it has only been an hour of torture every day. My ears are still ringing after my workout tonight. Dj nastie and ufc radio are killing me. Oh this too....they are ruining my favorite movie quote "hold on to your butts"...Sam Jackson must be spinning in his grave. How much did they pay to use that quote? And the Mexican dj on Thursdays....kill me now! Otherwise the classes are great and the coaches are awesome. For now Im gonna work work work.....Please kill me.

Ive been a member for four years since the grand opening and after having been a member at 24 Hour Fitness for years prior I have to say that UFC Gym has been a very welcome change of pace. From the experienced, highly-capable staff, the selection of classes and equipment, the general atmosphere and energy, and the Arm Bar nutrition bar and the Kids Club, this gym has everything Id want in spades.

Buyer beware. Kids club smells terrible. I wanted to cancel but cant since Im past their 5 day full refund period (which I wasnt informed of). But, thats my mistake. Not the best of gyms, but better than most. Ill stick to working out at Coast Fitness. Its cleaner, the kids club smells WAY better, and they offer a few more amenities there as well.

Good gym, just be careful, they take out money from your account with out asking you, after you confront them they apologize and they still havent return my $158 . Every week same story, just give me 4 to 5 days and you get your money back we stole or for them we took out by making a mistake.

This place is great. Im came in from out of town for a few days and was going to miss my regular workout so i decided to do 24 hour pass. Great experience, good energy in the gym and great staff. Thanks Aaron and the crew.

They will not tolerate service dogs and after three days for my two hundred dollar get to join I get cancelled they keep my money and now months later are continuing to Bill me and will not refund money. Criminals. Nazis.

This place is clean, very reasonably priced and well manged. Wish they had a basketball court or pool too but still top notch, especially the heavy bag area. Kills all other 24hr gyms...

Ive gone to 24 Hour Fitness Hermosa LA Fitness in Downey Golds Gym in Hawthorne and Redondo and none of them is as intense as the UFC gym in Torrance UFC gyms will take over

What a great gym ! , if you r looking for a gym that will turn u to a ( beast mode )! Absolutely go there !! .. The staff are friendly also they have a nice arm bar
