I was an athlete in college and now that im done playing i joined CrossFit 1440 to stay in shape...or i guess get in shape!! Its a perfect combination of competition, motivation, sweat, and fun! The owner Max is a great coach and his wife Alice is as kind as can be. I was hesitant to join a CrossFit gym because you watch people on TV and their lifting unimaginable weights that would crush the rest of us but dont be intimidated!!! Max and every member of 1440 is encouraging and looking to help you and Max does a great job tailoring the workouts to your abilities. Take a risk and join CrossFit1440...you may get sweaty but youll meet some amazing people and push yourself harder than you ever thought you could!

The most AMAZING gym!! I have done things I never thought possible in large part due to the motivation and support Max provides. Not only is it challenging, but it is also fun! Max is extremely knowledgeable about work outs AND nutrition! 30 pounds down and still going strong!!!

I have 2 kids, so going to a gym was complicated by childcare, but not here. My children love to accompany me to the gym, and cant wait for the next Kids Gym days.
