Ive been here before and have had pretty good customer service especially from their manager John. However today despite the kindness of Jonathan who was working at the front desk, I had horrible service from Charles. Im not sure if Charles is the owner or just a worker but he felt very rude to me. I was a little tight on money so my dad had offered to pay for the cost over the phone. Jonathan said that was fine but had trouble figuring out how to work the system. Charles came over and the first thing he says, in a gruff voice, "Well we arent supposed to do this!" I was a little stunned. I mean if that is your policy that is fine but at least be kind about it I personally think if you are getting money it shouldnt matter how, especially if you are talking to the person who is going you their card info. I ended up paying it with my card anyway and instead of saying thank you or anything nice he sort of just walked away. Jonathan apologized and said at his store in Hollywood he would have been able to do it without any problem. If I had known that I would have gone there. Next time I wont go back to the one in Inglewood especially if Charles is working there.

Awesome service, these guys are great to deal with and really know their stuff. I originally brought my car in for a muffler, but have been back several times since for various work - oil pan leak, air conditioner, gas tank problem, and oil changes. Lifelong customer, keep up the great work!
