Very slow process management dont seem to get along front end supervisor not sure what his name was very rude no customer service whatsoever. Theres a Girl by the name of Teenie she tried her hardest to turn my negative situation into a positive I paid $1,700 for shocks replacement 3 days later ABS wires were hanging scraping wheel. Im not sure if these people see the big picture inconvenience to the customer driving unsafe vehicle this could have been dramatic for myself and my family. I will not be returning. There was no compensation for the inconvenience. No reimbursement for towing my car do too unprofessional tech not applying screw to ABS to secure to shock. Pep Boys if you review this please give me a call or reply to this message you guys have all my information you need make the situation right feel free to reach out at any time. Keep in name Pep Boys name stands behind your quality. You might want to hire quality control specialist at your place to get this running smoothly.

I went in for my batterty with 3 year warranty they told me they were testing it as im wait aproximitly 15 min i go to the register and ask them how much long it will be they told me 40 min for it to fully test and charge yet they couldnt have told me in the first place that they where charging it and it would be a hr plus wait at this point i leave the batterty to charge then i call them to ask them if it is ready yet cant you cannot clearly distinguish what he is trying to say and ask me for my name i give it to him and yet he ask me for it 3 times when i have clearly said it then after he puts me on hold for the 2nd time to check the batterties and as he tells me yes its ready i ask him if its a faulty cell or if it was just discharged and he hangs up on me very bad customer service

Trash service. They dont even know what they are doing. Cant trust their analysis of your cars. Will tell you somethings wrong with your car when in fact that has nothing to do with the problem. And they overcharge for work they dont even do. Charged me 422 for work they didnt even do. Dont go here avoid at all costs. Rather have a street mexican work on my car on the side of the street then take me car back to this establishment. And dont get me started on how slow they are. I thought I would go here for the location convenience. Worst decision ive made in my whole life. Trust me you could go anywhere else in la county and get better service and save money. Disgrace to the pep boys name. I should sue them thats how angry i am with myself at trusting the pep boys name smh

VERY POOR SERVICE!!! MECHANICS DONT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKES THAT END UP TRASHING YOUR CARS ENGINE!! CUSTOMER SERVICE CASHIER TOO BUSY ON HIS PHONE TO BE HELPFUL!!! THIS PLACE IS VERY POORLY MANAGED! VERY POOR QUALITY OF SERVICING THE CUSTOMER. I WILL BE DRIVING A BIT FURTHER OUT OF MY WAY TO GO TO THE WESTCHESTER LOCATION OR START GOING TO AUTOZONE. I RECIEVED VERY PERSONAL SERVICE THERE AND I WAS ONLY BUYING A SPARK PLUG SOCKET! Got a flat tire on the way home and bought it here. The mechanic guy look at my tire and said its fine while I told him he can clearly hear the sound of air leaking from the tire! Ended up taking my tire to the local tire place and they patch it up in 10 minutes.

This Pep Boys trying to sell me used product at full price. So I called when I got home and complain to customer service, they called the store. The store manager said he has the item new, but thats not what they tried to sell me.

My experience here was quick and painless. I brought in my girlfriends car for a break job, and picked it up next day competed. My only gripe is the high price, but the gentleman who I spoke with was professional and respectful.
