I had to calm down before I could write this review. Additionally, I had to sit down and sort out all of my information. Ive been going to this cleaners for 4 years and 7 1/2 months. I spend an average of $114.78 on dry cleaning every month. I have never experienced any issues with him except loosing belts to dresses every so often. But I consider that minor prior to what happened yesterday. I have always gotten along with Mr. Eddie and liked the services he provided. Last Saturday I took my daughters class jacket/letterman to be cleaned. When I checked my clothes in with Mr. Eddie Kim he looked at the jacket and said he could only clean the jacket if it said "Dry Clean Only". We both looked at the tag and it said just that. I said "Eddie you can clean this right" He said "Yes, I charge you more" I said "ok, whatever just clean it. She needs by Tuesday". When I arrive Wednesday he tells me the jacket isnt ready so I come back later and he said "theres a small problem with the jacket, he told me dont worry its not that bad" When he brings the jacket to me I immediately burst into tears with a loud scream. When you pay $785.00 for your daughters once in a lifetime jacket and you see pure negligence you just freeze. His words to me were "Sorry you didnt say real leather" I said "Eddie it says here leather" as I point to the tag. I am beyond words as to what happened after. He made me pay for the jacket. I told him out of all the money I spend here youre going to make me pay? I said I wasnt going to pay and he snatched it from me. He said "it was my fault". I told him I was going to sue him for damages and funds for a replacement. He said "Ill sue the company and you". He has one person that does all the cleaning in the back when I looked over at him, he shrugged and said "I told him." Words cannot express how a business owner could leave me feeling hopeless. My daughters coat is ruined. It is my plan to pursue damage in small claims court. I advise you not to put delicate items into his cleaners. It appears he has no concern for your personal items. I will not be returning. He has lost me as a customer. I wish there was a way to post before and after pictures. Use caution when dealing with Mr. Eddie Kim at 7th Avenue Cleaners.

I was in the neighborhood for a business meeting and needed my clothes dry cleaned. I noticed 7th Ave Cleaners along my route and stopped by. From the looks of it, the building front didnt seem like much but the inside was very pleasant! My clothes came out great, the people were friendly, and the prices were attractive! If I am in the neighborhood I will be coming here from now on! Thanks!
