I like this place because it is close to my house and actually, it is very cheap if you go wash a lot of clothes or a few because they have both types of the laudry machines, the XL size that is so big that I can wash my sheets and covers for my Cali king bed at the same time and they also have the regular laundry machines for regular charge. It is very clean and very the machinery operates very fast. Also the dryers are XL and they dry very fast. Do not try to use coins because it is as comfortable as get a card that you can buy and recharge right there and re-use everytime you come back because you will come back.

This is my go-to laundry mat. They maintain their facilities extremely well, their wifi is good, the laundry card system works well, and no strange customers approach me so I feel alot safer than I would at any other San Pedro laundry mat. However, I do my laundry in the mornings and on multiple occasions they havent been open when they say they are supposed to at 7am. Ill wait about 10 minutes but I usually end up having to leave and take my business elsewhere. Great place, they just need to be consistent with their opening hours.

Ive been going to Gaffey Wash and Dry for over a year now and its the best. Friendly help, clean like crazy. I love it when its quiet, and when there are tons of people. Cause it is really built for people to hang out, be entertained, grab a snack, bring the kids, and get the laundry done.

This place is super clean, which is why I like it. You can choose to get a payment card (small one time fee) that has a bonus if you fill your card up with a $20 bill (specifically!), but you can also use ccard at any machine.
