Absolutely sickening. This business establishment practices are unethical, manipulative and unprofessional to the highest degree. I will start by stating that I have never written a negative online review for any company. The incident that happened to me is beyond comprehension and I will be following up with legal action. My wife and I brought our car here for a standard wash. While waiting with the other customers we heard a very loud revving sound coming at the end of the automatic conveyor line area of the shop. I was curious and went to check on the sound, when I noticed that it was coming from my SUV. The car had stalled in neutral and at the end of the conveyor line and would not move into drive. The lack of training for these staff is unbelievable. We noticed that there was a warning light on the dash, from a switch in the car that us used for down hill driving. One of the car washers had hit the switch and it caused a malfunction. In horror, I told them to stop revving the engine and proceeded to climb in as they pushed the car forward to finish the wash. I notified, Lisa, the manager on duty of this and she immediately went out to check and confirmed that the car had stalled in neutral. I was livid, as I had to hear my car being pushed to the limit before I was notified. I made calls to multiple dealerships and my own mechanic to try and remedy the situation. There was nothing we could do. Lisa, never once offered to help me tow the car, or to assist me further than to just get my car off parking lot. I went had and called MY OWN Triple A account to have the car towed for them and I would be returning to her with what the damage would be and for her to help me fix it since the car was working fine before we dropped it off for a wash. At first she was very helpful and continued to say that she would prefer I come back with my findings. Since it was a Saturday, there was no shop open to help so I had to tow it to my usual mechanic shop and be without a car for 2 days until they can look at the issue. On Monday the mechanic revealed that that the Transfer Motor Box had failed and the car was stuck in neutral. The total repair and labor was $3,117.81. In total shock, I went back to Lisa, and told her that all I want is for my car to get fixed and for the car wash to do the right thing. She made many promises, such as trying to find another shop for me to go, or find the part for me. I went back to the store every day for a week trying to work this out and be the nice person not to pursue small claims. I assumed that this was a non-issue due to their negligence in handling my car. The last communication I had from them came from an Attorney letter stating that they do not take any responsibility and will not pay for any repairs. They offered to admittance of guilt, nor did anybody from the shop contact me to talk this through. I am writing this review to warn others that there are businesses like this out there and for this shop to eventually be dealt the ultimate blow. The amount of inconvenience and cost for me has been substantial. I’ve had to pay for my own repair just to have a car to drive again. I hope that they understand the gravity of how they have harmed my trust forever in the common good of people. No amount of money now can repair the sickening experience I’ve had dealing with the Car Spa and especially with the manager, Lisa. Please do not go here to add more money into the pockets of these deceiving and manipulative people.

Just ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! This has to be the worst car wash in Irvine! Yesterday (August 8) was my first and last time going here. So I go there and tell the attendant that I want the $34.99 Executive Wash and the guy immediately tells me he recommends the Hand Wax special (49.99) because my car had a lot of hard water spots on it. I said why not, Ill try it. I told him that I was on a schedule that I had to be back at work soon and I asked how long will it take. He tells me 45 minutes and Im fine with that. So 25 minutes later after the wash I see the car enter the "Detailing Garage" and its just sitting there UNATTENDED for whole 10 minutes. So Im thinking to myself that theres no way they can do the waxing + everything else in under 10 minutes and on top of that I have an Escalade which is a pretty big SUV. Sure enough I see one of the detail guys finally start working on it and I walk up to him and ask him how much longer it will take. He tells me 30 minutes and I immediately go to the manager frustrated. Afterwards he talks to the guys to sort of speed up the process but all in all, I end up leaving the place going back to work late with an incomplete car wash due to wax residue still visible on some parts of the car, and the dashboard and console in the inside still in the same condition it was when I brought it in. I definitely felt like I was ripped off! That was UNACCEPTABLE and absolutely DISPICABLE service....Pfft.

My car is a week and a half old. Due to some rain, the outside has gotten a little nasty so I took it to this place for a wash. The guy convinced me to get the more expensive wash with waxing, etc. Everything seemed ok, but as I left the place I noticed a scartch under my radio that DEFINITELY wasnt there before the wash. I got home, called then and went back. The "manager" and I use the term loosely, Claudia, was the rudest person Ive ever had to deal with in regards to customer service. She pretty much told me they didnt do it, even though she didnt participate in cleaning my car. She said it was my fault. I brought up all these complaints on the internet and she dismissed all of them and pretty much said they were B/S. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. All I wanted was my money back and she refused. She finally threw a little tantrum, gave me $30 out of her own back pocket slammed my door and took off. I work in a Customer Service oriented field and Ive never heard of a manager treating a customer so disrespectfully. She refused to give me information on the owners of the business or any contact information for an attorney. I really went down there to vent my frustration about the scratch and I expected her to offer me my money back and that would be it. But she was so vile and so rude that we really got into it. I AM NEVER GOING BACK AND IM GOING TO MAKE SURE THAT EVERYONE I KNOW FEELS THE SAME WAY.

used to go there twice a year for my car detail. Until this day it was ok, not the best. Last day I had my detail done for 180$ - This guys are real cheats as I was pointing them dirt in multiple places. Not just it was not done imperfectly they also made some spots on my dash panel while doing the carpet cleaning. Horrible attitude by the workers and after all, I had shown it to the manager that they didnt even clean my trunk, the seats, which he agreed to it and asked the guy over there to do it again. I was watching and again he did a horrible job and said "Thats it" when I went back to the manager he gave me his card and said see him next time for a free car wash - What? Seriously??- I pad 170$ for that horrible service and after all I got was a free car wash and a "sorry" .. Ashamed the way they take their business. NEVER EVER WILL GO TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE. LOOTERS.. STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ..
