This place is now called Newport Coast Car Wash and is the worst!! It used to be good when it was Beacon Bay but the new ownership is terrible. Bad wash job, water spots everywhere and very rude ticket writer up front (lunchtime 8/5/14). Also, they have coupons for "$3 off any purchase of $14.99 or more". So I ask for the $14.99 wash and the guy tells me the cheapest they have is $16.99. I said that was very misleading and he just stares at me. No "sorry", no "I understand"; he just hands me the ticket and walks away. Do not go to this place, way too expensive for a below average car wash.

Went to this car wash the beginning of March. I have a brand new Car they made about a 10 inch scratch on. After filling out an incident report and asking to take care of the damage, they have been dodging all my calls. I showed up to the car wash and the manager was of absolute no help. Told me to call the corporate office... which is a joke. Manager should be the one helping the costumer take care of this situation. I am stuck with a huge scratch on my brand new 2017 car. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR WASH

Upscale car car wash it was packed and had very poor traffic flow.. They appeared to have a faithful following but the line and the obvious over packing of their lot was going to take longer than i had time. As it was it took me 12 minutes just to get out of the ir sardine can parking lot.

The staff was nice. Just a little detail, they forgot to vacuum the back side of my car. Little disappointed that it wasnt really Detail oriented.
