I showed up to this place because I wanted a clean truck for my trip down to San Diego for a super bowl birthday party. When I went through carwash I felt and heard a thump twice on the right side of truck. When I got out there was huge scratches on the side of my door. Brought up to manager on duty...we looked and we discovered a ladder was left in wash bay and had got slammed into my truck by side rollers. We made a claim form and agreed that they would fix this. So I went to San Diego with huge scratches on truck. This was February 7 2016. I have made many attempts to reach manager but each time I get....o sorry manager is not in till tomorrow. .....it is now the end of the month and still no attempt to repair my truck. I spoke with Marcus and he says the same thing no management here till tomorrow. ....a Monday afternoon and no management? ? Seriously? ? I will have to go to my insurance now because this place refuses to make good on their word and claim form that was signed by Jose R. .they will not take responsibility for what they created. And for this I will implore anyone not to take there vehicles to this place. They will not be responsible for things like leaving items in the bay that will damage your vehicle. ...bad business. Protect your vehicles dont go here!!

woW! - $25.00 bucks ( without tip) and my car is still dirty. The guys were really good about fixing it but the machine scratched the s**t out of my car in several places.(4) + both mirrors.) Those brushes run way too hard against the car. The car has 174 miles on it. Didnt really want to hear those scratches there before.( See pictures.) Who are they kidding with these prices...? $10 more than most car washes and its just a gas station machine wash with a hand dry. Reading a few if the reviews. Looks like this this place has really gone downhill. They do what a lot of car washes do when the reviews get so bad they change the company name. Just like HB car wash / Surf City Car Wash. This used to be All Hands car wash. Common in the car wash industry I should have checked out Yelp first. Nice hard-working guys but you cant fix a machine that is going to damage your car.

Not a bad experience! $1 for a car wash for 2 minutes with the spray. If youre quick, you can get an entire car wash done with the $1. But I recommend using $2 at least. Simply bring cash (they only accept bills) and get coins to start the machine. Main problem: Some of the stations have WEAK or slow water pressure. Or when I change to "soap" it takes forever to start spraying soap. This slows you down. You gotta know which stations are good. They also have $1 vacuum that lasts a good 2-4 minutes.

I stopped by on may way home from work (to kill some time and avoid the traffic). Throughout the years, I stopped taking good care of the exterior as I used to and it developed some light scratches and signs of weathering. They offered to wash, clay and wax my car for $90! I got out and the boys went to work on it! To say that now my 3 year old Mustang looks as good as a showroom car is a understatement! Thanks Jamboree Car Wash for helping me fall back in love all over again with my ride!

These guys scratched my front left wheel with the washing machine. Showed the manager what was happening while my car was slowly moving through the machine to be scratched...I mean to be "washed". He said no word, so I thought he would do something about it. Well, he didnt. He said theres nothing he could do about it since we cannot be sure that the scratch was already there when I brought it in to be washed. Besides that they also do a pretty mediocre job washing cars.

I decided to try a new car wash place since the one Ive been going to, Mannys car wash, sucks! This place is definitely better! I went in on a Wednesday morning so it was quick! You actually drive in for the wash like you do at a gas station. Pretty cool! They still wash and dry the car for you like any other place. I was really satisfied with the result! Clean on the inside and outside, no streaks or water marks!! And I paid $19 ($3 off coupon online) for the Super Car Wash!!

AVOID THIS CAR WASH!!!!! This place doesnt even deserve 1 star! If you care and love your car avoid this place at all cost! They ruined my rims with whatever solution they use to spray the rims down with. Jose the owner calls me to say that he doesnt have any kind of solution that would do this to my rims and took no responsibility for the damage or offered to fix them. This place and the owner are crooks! I wish I could post a picture of my ruined rims.

Terrible Car Wash. Ive taken my car here a while ago and their overall service was terrible. Not to mention way overpriced. They dont pay attention to detail when spot washing, detailing or drying properly. My rims werent even properly detailed leaving several spots that made it difficult to remove. Id rather self-wash my car correctly than return here. Save yourself some headache and take your car somewhere else.

I am honestly confused about the past reviews here, but when I went here yesterday, they did a superb job with the car. They also really took their time with cleaning the car. I was only expecting a mediocre car wash at best thanks to these reviews, but I was actually blown away at what they did with my car. I got the full service though, maybe that made a huge difference.

They are changing over to a pay station format. Cashier is gone. You must drive car around to vacuum station. Waiting room is dark and unlighted. During the last two trips the wiper/vacuum folks have done a very poor job missing the trunk on one occasion and one side of the back seat on the other. This was our regular wash place but I am now looking for a new car wash.

This place uses to give great car washes with personal attention. Now that same money gets you a hyped-up drive through machine wash. It leaves water spots all over, and if you drive a hatchback like I do, the back of your car wont even get cleaned.

Best wash for the money. Ask for On is to do your interior and for a good tip between 5-10 youll get a mini detail basically. I drive here from Santa Ana because I like to get a good value for my money.

Friendly service, great wash, reasonable price. Nice place to kick back, enjoy a red bull, and just relax while they do the work. They also recycle water, so this is an eco friendly establishment.

Impressively bad. "Full service" = clean only the most superficial dirt later. Got home and had to finish the job with rags and a bucket of soap. Save yourself the money and dont bother going here

One of the few manual car washes in the entire central OC. I dont have many options for my soft top vehicle, and this place is well maintained, reasonably priced, and in a convenient location.
