I used this car wash this past Sunday (7/13/2014). I had drove to Apple Valley on Saturday to meet a dog that I was thinking about rescuing/adopting and took my Husky with me so they could meet too. Unfortunately, my Husky got car sick and threw up a bit. It was only dry dog food so it wasnt terrible and I figured I would get the car washed and they could take care of my little problem. When I got there the guy taking my "order" started trying to up-sell me right away and offered me all sort of services but I told him there was no need and that I would gladly pay for the most expensive wash so they could also clean the dog vomit. He said that wouldnt work but that for $10.00 more than the cost of the wash that they would take care of it. I agreed and paid $30.00 for a premium wash and the extra $10.00. I left the car for 2 hours and came back. 1. Exterior: The job they did on the exterior of the vehicle was ok but certainly not worth what I paid. Had this been the only issue I simply would have never used this car wash again. It could have been better if some bird poop had been cleaned off my paint but it was obvious that they didnt try very hard. 2. Carpet/Upholstry: This was the real issue. The interior wasnt cleaned at all save for the dog vomit and they didnt do a good job of that either. Im assuming the poor sap that they chose to clean the vomit wasnt happy about it an rushed everything else. I should point out that by Sunday the vomit was completely dry and that I personally cleaned most of it the day before. The only thing they needed to do was finish scrubbing a bit with some cleaner and vacuuming the parts that flaked off. What they did do was take a rag, doused it in armor all, and then passed it over SOME of the surfaces of the interior of my car. I had a bit of dirt and dog hair in the cup holder which was not removed and instead was now wet with armor all. The doors had some armor all on them but it was unevenly applied with some areas receiving no application AT ALL.Then there was the vacuuming: they only vacuumed the carpets in the front - that means that the seats in the front and rear were not taken care of and neither was the carpet behind the front seats. At this point I asked to talk to the manager (Ramon) and he came and looked at my car and said that he was sorry, agreed that they didnt do a good job, and said that they would make up for it. No, they wouldnt give me my money back but I could come back some other time and get the same wash for free. I was furious and didnt want to deal with it so I left after letting him sign my receipt. 3. Damage: the next day as I got in my car to drive to work I noticed that there was a scratch on my center console and it was about 4-5 inches long. I started looking around and found another scratch, this one a bit smaller, on the opposite side. It appears to me that whoever was working on my car had keys hanging out of their pocket and that as they reached over to clean the dashboard they leaned on the keys and caused them to scratch the plastic of the center console. As you can imagine I was pretty furious and when I got to my office the first thing I did was call and asked to speak with the owner. I was put on the phone with Ramon, the manager, and asked him to have the owner call me. He said he would pass the message along but I still havent heard back. Today is Wednesday and I havent received a call. I called again a few minutes ago and was told that neither the manager or Ramon were available so I left my number again and advised them that I would be posting several bad reviews until they got back to me. I sure hope they care more about their reputation than they do about providing good service.

My family and I have been taking our cars and trucks here for the last ten years. What used to be continuously good and great service has fallen off a steep cliff. The nail in their coffin was when I brought my car in for a full detail. Interior and exterior deep cleaning and it was not cheap ($150). Lets just say the detail was anything but. When I arrived after being called to inform me my car was ready, the first thing I did was pop the trunk. I had removed everything from the car so it would not impede them while they worked. The trunk still had leaves and dirt, looked exactly the same as when I turned it in. They quickly began vacuuming the floor while the manager distracted me with small talk facing the other direction. I didnt want to embarrass them further so I obliged and let them "finish" the trunk. Once done, I inspected further. The trunk still seemed sub-par with dirt and debris. I moved on...I opened the doors and found filth around the door lining which came off easily with my nail. I asked an employee for a rag and began cleaning my own car. All but the driver door had this filth. It had not even been touched. The wheels still had black markings and break dust on them. This came off with a few sprays of their cleaning fluid and a wipe. EASY. The seat belt on the driver side had been cleaned but none of the others had. I pointed this out and they got to work quickly. I had some glue from an old window decal inside the front windshield, very obvious. It was not removed. I pointed it out and they cleaned it off in 30 seconds. The back panel above the back seats was still covered in dust. Aside from the most obvious places, these guys failed EVERY place I looked. After putting 30 minutes into cleaning my own car along with one of their employees, I was satisfied enough. By this time the manager had peaced out and went home. I gave him a call and left a voicemail to call me back and it took him almost 24 hours to respond. He was half paying attention to my complaint and continuing to run his business. He apologized and said he had not heard anything but good comments from his customers. It really felt insincere. He pulled out the line "Something like 80% of car owners are unhappy with detailing so Im not worried." He mumbled something about a free car wash if I ever wanted to give them my service again. Thats a really good percentage to shoot for in the car wash industry I guess. Dean, if youre reading this, I HIGHLY advise you to work on your strategy because its costing your business a lot of money. If I had known the quality would have been so poor, I would have done the work myself and saved the money. What this place used to be, it is no longer. The new management and quality of work is terrible. I will never be bringing my vehicles here again. Next time i need a wash Im going to Orange Hand Car Wash and Detailing. Theyre just a couple blocks away and dont look as busy.

When there for a car wash and was told they would do an express interior detail for $45.00 so I said ok. When I gave the casher the ticket he ring it up and asked for $45.00 I gave him a $60.00 Gift Certificate my wife had given me, he took it put it in the cash register and said thank you have a good day? When I ask about my $15.00 change he gave me a funny look and said Ill be right back, he return with the manager and another man. The manager started attacking me in a loud voice saying why didnt you tell someone you had a Gift Certificate? I stayed calm and said I didnt know had to tell anyone. The manger then told the casher to charge me $55.00 saying the $45.00 was for paying cash customers only. I some how stayed calm and said ok what about my $5,00 in change the manager got more uoset at me and said you want that back to??? IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR CUSTOMERS REDEEMING THEIR GIFT CERTIFICATES THEN YOUY SHOULD NOT SELL THEM . . . .Oh by the way we have 5 cars in our house hold that were all coming here once a week, you raise your voice and attack me and now you can kiss all that business goodbye.
