Beware! I took my car in for an oil change and a free wash. The next day on my way to work I realized that my car was shifting oddly, and I dropped the car off at the dealership near my office. I found out that the car wash had messed up the oil change leaving oil all over the engine compartment, plus had partially drained my transmission fluid. I had to pay the dealership $240 to redo the oil change and do a transmission service, but luckily there wasnt any additional damage. I called and spoke to the supervisor of the oil change department who promised that he would talk to the manager the next day and that the manager would get back to me. And didnt. He also told me that they had new guys there. Doesnt make me feel good that they trained on my car. I left multiple messages for the manager over the next week but did not get a call back. The following week the manager did get back to me, claiming he had been on vacation and that the 1 cashier I spoke to didnt know he was on vacation (hard to believe). The manager was friendly and trying to be helpful, but he basically told me that they couldnt give me my money back for the extra charges I incurred because the work order I signed stated that I had to bring the car back to them if I had issues. I work 30 miles the opposite direction and couldnt do this. They also didnt like that I had posted a negative review ( dont screw up, not get back to people and then expect that I shouldnt post a negative review). In the end, they offered me a credit and detailing that mostly covered the costs I incurred. But I dont trust them to not screw up the detailing, so I kept a $100 car wash credit they offered that I may use over time. I also asked that the corporate people that he claimed he had to talk to call me directly, but I didnt really expect that they would and they didnt.

In all the years that I have lived in Chino Hills I have only taken my cars here once and I remembered they did a decent job. This week I took in my wifes car to get an oil change for her and have it washed. The "full service oil change" started at $35 for the wash then quickly went up because of a $7 charge for a special filter. Special? Every single college girl has this car, how is it special? I agreed and told them to just do it. After they finished there are additional charges for extra oil. I have changed oil in this car many times and never have gone over 5 quarts even with the filter. I question it and they show me their computer system. Seems they go off the computer rather than what actually goes in your engine. I wait for the car to be washed and when they call over saying its done I find water spots all over the car, the windows still dirty, and just an overall poor job. Never again will I go back there... and I will tell everyone I know to do the same. I guess its back to doing my own car service!

i went in for a diamond wash and got a regular wash, it is over priced, and they have no experience in customer service, and whistling at you like you are a dog is a big no no! they could make an effort to make you feel that your money is appreciated there. they could say "CAR READY" or just come find you and tell you. my car had water spots, i had to ask for the tire dressing, even though it clearly states on the board its included in the diamond wash, and the attitude the guy gave me was like if i was asking him to redo the whole car. oh and the cashier is a snotty girl who looks like shes going to yell at you if you ask anything. she looked like she hates her job and that i was bothering her when i went to pay, as if she had something better to do. overall this place has no values in customer service and its very overpriced for only getting half of the services stated on their price board. stay away and either wash your own car or find somewhere else that will appreciate your money.

My personal experience at the car wash: I went in today for a regular 15 dolar car wash get pushed for a diamond wash all the time "no tax" so i say ok, I go to checkout everything fine i been here 3 times the girl at the checkout is always more interested in her iphone i said hi and thanks she said nothing and looked at me liked i was "nuts" rude! SO i waited for my wash to be completed i was happy at this point because the guy cleaning my vehicle seems to be cleaning real well with attention to detail. I got beeped to my car went in looked great on the outside but i paid for the "best" package the inside of my car was dusty things i had organized looked like it was sifted through my odometer read mirrors were dirty. I usually do not say anything because im very shy, so i drove about a block down and took my babys diaper butt wipes and went through it and cleaned it all myself for 20 mins, NEVER COMMING HERE AGAIN. Poor Management

I gave it 1 star because they wont take my coupon at the cashier. They said I supposed to show it in the beginning. Then they said there are signs up there. I went outside, I couldnt see the sign. Asked the guy, he tried showing me 3 times before I could spot the "fine" prints. I said then the first guy shouldve asked if you have a coupon. The first guy said he doesnt have the time to ask that. "DO YOU HAVE A COUPON?" Wouldve taken 2 seconds to make the customer aware. I said I wont be coming back, he said fine. I explain to the guys at the cashier, they said its fine that I wont be back. So much goes for their service and attitude. Besides, the vacuuming job was terrible and the exterior still got obvious stains. And their restroom is disgusting and got strong urine odor. I had to hold my pee all that time until I left and found another restroom. The owner must be real proud of his company.

I have been going here for a long time and brought my mom sisters and brother in law. I got my car wash and low and behold I had my $120 dollar BIG bottle of cologne! I immidietly notified them to which they said their manager wasnt working and they would have him reach out. Waited a while and he finally did after several check ups to which he said the cameras dont show anything so they dont have to do anything...but he said since he notices my car there and he knows Ive been coming he will go ahead and replace it just give him some time ...i have been waiting for months and called in several times and keep getting the same response ...overall very disappointed with the service and have taken my business elsewhere.
