This place has been my fav place to take all of my cars on weekly basis...until today. Well, lately the quality has not been up to par, where the "complete" service is no longer complete as they do not do a wipe down on the interior (except dashboard)...and they are starting to charge additional $10 for just wiping down interior with wet towel. I had always left $5-$10 for tips. Well, today, I decided it was my last. The workers there are rude...yelling at me (loyal customer???) for no apparent reason. I confronted the manager (Maria), and he told me he understand my complaint but he also understand his employee...what kind of reason is that? Well..if the owner still believe in them, all the best of luck for them. This place has becoming worst!

This place used to be a decent place to go to; however, after today, they have completely lost my interest and respect for them. Ive been washing my car here for the past few years since its near by, but i went today, and i saw the store manager **pointed fingers at a customer stating that the customer has bad attitude.** What kind of a manager does that?? The customer wanted only for them to clean a spot that they didnt clean. Then he said that the customer has BAD attitude?! Please dont go to this CAR WASH!!! they treat customers like crap!!!

這是一家手工洗車店，車洗的很乾淨，但是這裡的洗車工忙起來常常會忘記擦乾淨窗戶，只要提醒他們再擦一次就可以了，記得不要忘記給他們小費，畢竟他們很辛苦的為你的愛車清潔。

Got the super wash for $18. Did the job pretty well. Took awhile but I was the 30 minutes before closing so its whatever. Missed some stuff vacuuming under the rug, but not bad.

Horrible did not vuccum the carpet ,did not pick mats to vuccum correctly .Would not be going back
