Up until yesterday, July 8, 2009, I had been a regular customer here. Not necessarily because they do a great job. But mostly because they were convenient and the service was generally friendly and prompt, except on weekends, which is understandable. But yesterday when I took my vehicle in for a wash job before work there were only two other vehicles in the vacuum area. I got out and told the attendant which wash job I wanted. Went in and paid and sat in the lounge. I see the two cars that were ahead of me go through. Then another, and another, and another. Okay so why are three cars going ahead of me when I was there before them? Time is going by and I have to get to work. So I went out only to find my vehicle parked just beyond the vacuum area. Just sitting there with the passenger door open. So I walked over to the detail/wax area where the attendant was working to ask why three other cars that came after me already were going through the wash and why was mine still sitting there. Barely had I started ask that, he interrupts me raising his voice and keeps talking over me saying that wasnt the case. I finally had to raise my voice and say, Hey look, I was talking first and Id appreciate it if youd be quiet and let me finish. Well he shut up for just about one moment, and started in again. I said fine Ill just talk to the manager or owner, turned and walked away back to the cashier. I get to the door and the guy is dead on my heels, saying hes was the manager. Well I really doubted that. Any manager would not have acted like he did to a customer. To make a long story short I walked over to the cashier and started to tell her the story and this guy starts in again. Interrupting and talking over me trying to tell her in Spanish, no less, his lying version of the story. Even though she seemed sympathetic to what I was telling her, I finally just gave up, told them both I didnt appreciate being treated in this manner and that I would not be patronizing their car wash any longer.

First few times there was good, after that they have completely failed, was given a free luxury wash after they took too long and didnt give me the wash i paid for. Went back for the free luxury wash and was again just given a basic wash. When i told them, they ran the car through again but still not the luxury wash and had an attitude about it. I let it go until it was time to leave and they gave me a hard time cause i didnt have a paid receipt for my free wash, again more attitude, told them it was a free wash for their error from the previous wash and they would not release the car until i got upset and started to go back inside to complain, then they ran ahead and another guy yelled out to them to let me go. I will not go back again, after all that trouble the finished wash was not even very good, there was still dead bugs on the front of the car and the rims still had brake dust! Be careful going here, make sure you get what you paid for if you do go but i strongly recommend going anywhere else! The place on beach and lincoln does a better job and no attitude if they make a mistake, they make it right, treat you right and you get what you pay for!

STOLEN CELL PHONE THIS MORN 2/12/2014 - Saw a sign for Early Bird Special for $7.95. A employee gave a receipt for $13.45 plus tax?? I complained and the employee explained that the discount would be taken-off at cashier. Cashier argued that the receipt stated otherwise. But, marched off to employee that issued receipt and gave some discount. However, she stated with strong accent SUVs and other vehicles were $2.00 extra b/c they were bigger. Anyhow, I left my CELL PHONE in car and was gone when car was finished. I REALIZED MY CELL WAS GONE WHEN I GOT HOME. I CALLED MY CELL AND VOICEMAIL CAME ON IMMEDIATELY. I CALLED THEM, BUT GIRL DENIED FINDING ANY CELLPHONE...

First time here and it was the WORST experience ever!!!! Alejandro I beileive is his name has the worst disrespectful additude!!! Youll no who Im talking About when you see him, hes dark with a long ugly braide!!!! Instead of greeting us when we arrived he gave an us an attitude! He straight out said "all the water spots will not come off so what do you want to do!!!" He handed me the receipt and said go pay! He gave me a regular wash and thats not what I wanted! WTH!!! Im paying for this service!!! And not only that THEY TAKE FOREVER!!!! I WILL NEVER COME BACK! Definitely a 0 star!!!

Im giving them one start because I cannot give zero or negative numbers. The public in general needs to be award that Daytona car wash will not take responsibility for the damages that they make to your vehicle. They scratch my car and when back to speak with the the manager. His name is Francisco Avalos. he had the nerves to say that I scratch my brand new car. The proof is on my car the way that they scratch the car is in a way that it can only be done by hand. I had to hire a lawyer to solve my issue with them. I dont recommend this place to anyone.

This guy in a ponny tail made me a "great" deal and i took it i paid 135 for car wash and interior wash it turn into a nightmare they took more than 6 hours and he had told me 2.l saw a lot of cars go in quickly even when i got there early.... i waited 6 hours with my 3 children under 3 ... My car was the last one to be worked on not to mention. When i left my car had so much wax left on it my interior smelled and faded away. I truely regret taking my car here. Never coming here again

they do an amazing job on my car the staff is very nice and friendly. I always give the men a $5 tip even if my wash is just $12.95 I noticed that some people dont tip at all I find it very sad if you know how hard it is to wash a car at 100 degrees sometimes even hotter why wont you give them a tip the least you can do is buy them a cold drink! Some people are just inconciderate

They get the job done and they do it fast, sometimes too fast and they have to park my truck to the side because Im across the street performing my ritual of getting a hot dog at target. Sometimes I feel bad that I waste their space but I cant go there without crossing the street for my hot dog. Then I come back and its ready to go.

Some of the waiting area smells like urine. seems like two of the younger kids that work with wheel and car wash dont care to much for there job. express wax does not contain real wax , it has silicon, not good in my opinion. Ive had better experience at a cheaper price.

Ive only found one other place that did a better job on my car than Daytona but it was further away and theyve since closed. This place always does a great job on my car. Ive seen an Aston Martin pull in here so they definitely do a great job.
