I decided to get my car detailed from Puddles car wash. It was about $70 and I tipped about $10 for labor work. For 80 bucks I got a car wash that looked like $10 carwash. There was so much dirt between car seat and stick shift, under car seat, inside glove compartment, inside storage compartment, between rear seat and rear window. My truck and roof still has stains. I was so unhappy with their service. There was no one for me to complain to. The girl in the front was on internet(that was suppose to be for customers only). Above all this, my car smells terrible because they did not let it dry. This was such a bad experience and I would sincerely not recommend getting your car detailed from this place.

Took my car there a few months ago for a detail. The guy who cleaned the inside of my car used the wrong liquid. The interior was dry yet sticky. I took my car back to have them clean it again since I paid $80. They had another guy clean it (who was actually not working that day and just happened to be there to wash his own car) because they were extremely busy washing other cars. That $80 included my seats to be washed as well but when I took my car home the second time, the seats look like they were vacuumed but not washed. NEVER going back again!

Very great customer service. I rarely leave any reviews,so this one is special. Car came out looking like it was bought out the dealership. Jose who was cleaning the inside was very honest and great. Me and my boyfriend will becoming here often after many other car washes did a bad job for more money. We will tell people to come here from now on. We will be regular customers from now on. Thank you for hiring Jose and the other workers. Hope to see you guys soon again.

The cashier seemed like the only friendly staff. Honestly if Id known that the washers would miss some small spots, I would have washed it myself. Plus when they were moving my car forward they knocked over a tray table with my car door. I about flipped out, my husband calmed me down and I politely mentioned it to the cashier, and even she was like wow. That shouldnt be happening. Taking it to an automated car wash next time. A machine does a better job

We got here just before they closed (the chain was up) as we had to clean our car before returning it to the rental company. They opened up just for us. We wanted just a basic wash and vacuum which they started straight away. We went in to pay and I found that I had left my wallet at the hotel. The manager kindly said that we could have it on the house. Everyone was very friendly and they did a great job on our car. I cant praise them highly enough.

This place destroyed my car seat. Do not come here. They hire people who have no decency and common sense to do a job right. I asked the Spanish only speaking Miguel, the employee who destroyed my car. He says it was too dark and didnt see. Even though, youre doing it out in the open air, not in a dim enclosure. Fire this guy, pay me for the damages and refund my price and tip I gave.

I gave them two chances and they did even worse the second time. Im so mad I wemt back and upgraded to the $30 wash hoping they would redeem themselves. Now I just have a dirty car and am out the cash. Vacuum job was horrific and my windows are gross. Dont waste your time or money. The only good thing us the lady that checks you out is super nice.

Service is so so. There are always kids of the owner or a worker always hanging out in the shop distracting the clerk. The wash Id say is worth it. I have had a bad experience here before the they have stepped it up a little since then. Still lacks a proffesioanal feel though.

Good value for the price paid. Have never really been disappointed. I knocked a star as recently they have been understaffed causing longer than normal wait times. We are returning customers and will update the star knocked when staff returns to full capacity

Stoled my boyfriends colognes. both a Versace and a Gucci. & even left the car dirty from the inside and left drivers window still wet.Totally not worth the $50 dollars that i paid. NEVER going there again.

I went out of my way to get to this car wash and I found them closed even though I had already gotten there 30 minutes before they claimed that they closed. because of this they lost my business permanently

Great Car Wash! Good prices, has coupons on their website. Also, gives CM discount. Everyone there is very friendly. Located near restaurants which is nice to go to while waiting for your car to be done.
