Let me start by saying Ive been coming here for over a year. All is fine and good until they cause damage. I brought my car in, and requested "off the rack" as I always do due to my extra wide wheels and tires. After paying, the kid that took my order came back out and confirmed that I did not want my car to "go through the tunnel" which I again stated that it cant go through. Well. 2 minutes later, I see it come out from the auto car wash. Though concerned, I stayed positive and let them complete the detail. When I went to check on it, much to my dismay, the two passenger side wheels were scratched up. I met with the manager, Ruben, who suggested we take my car through the wash again to see if it causes the same damage. Um what? I take impeccable care of my things, and these scratches werent there before your company took it through the wash even though you were specifically told not to. The owners manual is very clear to not use automated car washes. Ruben went on to accuse me of lying, and basically insisting that I was wrong. Despite the fact that they had ALREADY done what I specifically told them not to. He finally told me to get an estimate and let them know. Really? Your company causes damage to my car, and wont even try to amicably find a solution? I am supposed to take time out of my busy schedule to fix their mistake? Unacceptable. I am completely disappointed with the customer service level now, and will not recommend this place at all. It would be fine until something goes wrong - which is where customers should always come first. EDIT 8/15/2016 Spoke with Manager Katie on 8/8/2016. She asked if I was ok accepting free car washes as an apology. I stated that I was not if they were not willing to take care of the damages caused by their machine. She stated that she was not certain if they were able to correct the damages. This concerns me greatly. If you have a company that takes possession of others material goods for a certain amount of time, but do not have ways to cover damages that will inevitably occur?? Do NOT get your car washed here! Damages ARE NOT COVERED. PS - Katie said she would return my call the next day. To date, I have not received a return call.

This car wash is the worst!!!!! I took my cars couple times since is the only one in Diamond Bar unfurtunally..... the last time I took my car they didnt clean the inside they also forgot to put the deodorant they did nothing.... I complain to the so call manager to my surprise no English and this is what he told me on a broken English that I need to get a detail on my 2014 gl450 can you belive it!!!!! the guy was rude and very unprofessional I was very upset and to top of this he insult me so I insult him back after that I call the office and to my surprise the main supervisor was not there by the name of Gerry to this day this person havent return my call this business is horrible I will never set foot on this location people I dont recommend it...they dont do a good job and the workers are very unprofessional one last thing I bought the so call emerald premium wash so save your 30dlls!!!!!!BAD BUSINESS

I found a coupon online, Diamond wash for 17.99, usually $24.99. I have a Tacoma pickup. They wanted to charge an extra $1 for a truck (many do this) but the coupon clearly did not say this would be charged. Actually, it was vague, saying "Most cars, truck, excessive damage, overspray" Even the owner had no idea what this meant. Then they charged $19.99, saying my coupon expired. The coupon was from the website the same day, and had NO expiration date. (Probably their mistake to leave it unexpired.) Very reluctantly, they deleted the extra $2 for the "expired coupon" and the $1 for the truck. "This time only", she said. That said, the crew did great, though they skipped my air freshener. but the truck looked good. So, C+, overall. Its nice when they are really honest. Not so great when you have to fight the small stuff. I just wish I got a great wash at a place I could trust.

Being the only car wash in Diamond Bar we occasionally visit this place. Today my wife took her car over for a well needed wash and interior detail. They said it would be about 2 hours. 4 hours later she had to call them to check on it, got put on hold for 10 min, hung up to call back and got attitude from the girl who answered. About $90 later she brings the car home only to find all kinds of missed spots in plain view! Took it back and was told she only paid for an inside detailing! Well what about the hand wash she paid for? They ran it through again and she still had to point out missed spots. While there she just happened to look by the trash and saw all her belongings from the inside and trunk of her car including all her documents ie; registration, insurance! Place needs to be closed down or another one needs to open up to run it out of business!

THIEVES Be careful of your belongings in ur car 200 dollars worth if stuff was stolen from my car at this car wash. I goto this carwash for both of my cars and spend at least 60 dollars per car per week I feel really ripped off plus management of course did nothing I was a very loyal customer but I guess ill have to find a new place to get my cars washed they dont even really do that great of a job anyway

Car sat for 20 minutes before they dried it off. They moved it up to the front spot and 30 seconds later the said it was ready. They didnt clean any of it. Windows were never touched and the outside was still dirty from sitting workout beyond touched. The manager ignored the receptionists calls and kept leaving to park cars instead of finishing with us.

Boyfriend got my car washed last week n they did a horrible job. Still has bugs splattered on the grill n water spot on the doors. Called manager next day n he said to bring it back so they can rewash it so I did today n they still did a horrible job! Still had bugs on grill. Will never come back. do not recommend coming here!!! Go elsewhere!

Took my car there and still dirty this guys didint throw the trash away and looks like they didint vacuum all the areas just the front part I HV to talk with the vacuum guy for clean the car good and he was very rude. Unprofessional. Very bad service.

Great value with super service. Was recommended to this place and for 20 dollars the hand wash and detail was excellent. They also do steam cleaning as well. Prepare to wait on anyday but its worth it.

Absolutely terrible car wash. They didnt vacuum all areas of my car, didnt throw away trash. Horrible, rude service. Never coming back again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!
