If I could give a zero that is what I would do. I have gone to this car wash a few times since I moved here and while it was not the best I returned. Today when they finished my car and I was looking over it they had stripped the rubber off of one of the windshield wipers and it was hanging. I brought it to the workers attention and he got someone else. He said they dont replace wipers. I asked for the manager and I waited about 15 minutes and he came. His name was Delarosa. He said they are not responsible. This went back and forth and led to a yelling match. I told him that if he was not going to replace the cost of a new wiper then give me my money back. He refused stating the car was already washed. I told him my wiper was not torn up when I came there and he said I was not getting any money back and told me to leave his car wash. I told him I would sue him over a windshield wiper. Now Im going to invest in a new set of wipers and that place gets off Scott free. Im going to use social media to make my point and file a complaint with BBB.

Laziest car wash ever, paid $20 and go about the same result of a dollar wash. Had to move the car forward to let a lady parked behind me out. Windows were not clean at all, especially the inside on 3 of 5 windows. To treat my brand new car like that, and not even line up, much less put the floor mats on the little holders for them is insane. When I pulled up, I asked if anything would touch my car going through, answered no, liar, there is a giant brush that is supposed to clean tires and rims. It seems to spread this mess all over the door as well. I asked for new car smell as car was 2 weeks old, they never sprayed anything in the car. I did tip the guy 2 bucks, before I inspected the car, I would guess this is how they are trained, to just rush through anything less than a 100 dollar detail. I would not even let this place touch my car again after I saw what it looked like when they finished. Thankful for the lesson learned.

I dont get it. Why do a bad job and lose customers? I went one time before, no real problem. Today I took my car and it looked OK as I got in. I came out from work and noticed the WHOLE passenger side was completely covered with water spots. My car had dried in the sun before the attendant could wipe it off. He knew about it of course - how could he not - but he chose to ignore it. They could at least have sprayed it off and wiped it down. Whats the big deal? I will never go back if this the level of customer service they offer. How that person thought this was acceptable is beyond me, or why management isnt interested in what the employees are doing. . Close to my work, but I will drive farther for a decent job.

My finance took her car to get washed here a couple of days ago. The people who first vacuum the inside closed her seatbelt in the door so it did not shut all the way... it was obvious since the dome light did not shut off. In the end the seat was SOAKED!! The person in charge claimed that they didnt vacuum "that side" which means either way that they are lazy and do not do their job. When asked if they could shampoo or at least dry the seat, they responded that they did not have time and to come later or another day. No voucher was given... so of course they did not want to honor the claim. NEVER WASTE YOU MONEY HERE As you can tell there are other bad reviews here among much bad word-of-mouth.

Dont keep an eye off your car! They will cheat if they get a chance. I paid for the spray wax special and NEVER saw the guy actually spray my car! When I asked him if he did spray it he assured me that he did and I just didnt see him. However, I know better since I always get the spray wax there and know how its supposed to look! When I got home, my husband noticed that it was not waxed at all too! I tried calling a manager to see if they can correct their mistake- whoever I talked to (since he didnt say his name) had poor customer service skills since he kept insisting that it was indeed waxed eventhough he didnt see my actual car!!!

it was my worst experience ever ....i had 5 dollars bill i put in the car right before i give them the car to wash it and and when i went back to the car to look for my cell phone i didnt find it and i asked them and they said that they didnt see it and i talked to the manger and i told him its not about the money but if they reached the 5 dollars bill and they took it next time they would take anything so i wont come back here again and he said its ok dont come .....imagine how they treat their customers

Check your car before leaving. I had to look at my car because the time before I left with bird dookey on the top of my car with was there before because of how old it look. So now I make sure every detail of my car is clean and at times I do find things they need to fix. I guess it also depends on who cleans your car because at times I dont have these issues

The car washes here have never been perfect. My last visit was horrible! They vacuuming job was terrible. The guy who was wiping down everything didnt even try to clean the inside. There was a weird oil residue on my steering wheel and cup holder in my back seat. Overall Im never coming back here. Youre honestly better off just washing your car yourself.

I lived in San Dimas for 14 yrs then moved back to my home town, Monterey Park, CA in 2002. Ive tried many different car washes in my area but I find myself driving all the way back to Bonita Country Car Wash. I think they do the best job and I dont mind driving for a great car wash.....AND Im very picky on places I choose......

This place is total ripoff, they just do things so fast that nothing gets cleaned, spots everywhere,fingerprints , interior dust and few other things left without cleaning, cashiers very rude and unprofessional behavior, manager will just blame on you if you point out things, screw it i am outta here

They did a pretty good job on my car. Not the best looking job though. However forgot to Wash my mats and couldnt find them at first... and then they forgot to give me my air freshener... i waited an extra 17 mins for them juat to locate my mats!! and another 6 minutes for an air freshener...

Best car wash in San Dimas. They really only surface clean, but if you ask them to do certain things, they usually do. I had a cup holder in the back that my son had smushed a granola bar into...and they missed it the first time, but got it after I pointed it out.
