I have been taking all three of my vehicles here for several years. I would consider myself a good customer of this establishment. Recently, I took my new truck in for the quick wash because I was in a hurry. As I entered the wash and the big brushes began to hot my truck there was a loud rhythmic thumping noise. At this point it as too late to stop. upon exiting the wash I got out of my vehicle to see if there was any damage. I had dents and scratches all along the driver side of my truck. I returned and found the manager who have me a hard time and said that it wasnt possible that the brushes had made those marks and dents. He denied it over and over again. Finally telling me that they had it on video, that the dents were there when I entered the wash. This was a complete lie. He denied the possibility that something was stuck in the brushes and told me to "come back tomorrow and speak with the owner". Needless to say that was a worthless 45 minutes. His video did not show any dents or scratches but he claimed that a shadow wad a dent...funny the "dent" moved as.the truck moved! They refused to take responsibility for the damage. My insurance even tried calling them about the incident but the ducked the calls for two weeks. Dont go here. They treated me like I was a liar. Their customer service is horrible.

Just moved to the area and needed a car wash so I figured Id give them a try. Sadly I was very disappointed and would give 0 stars if I could. I see now why they were completely dead. The workers were nice even though because of the sun I couldnt really read the different car wash services so when I asked what the difference between the vip and the next one down was I was told the spray wax and I get a better vacuuming and he would do the vip for $5 off. So I went with it. After my car was done I got in and noticed they just did a quick wipe down of the interior, vacuuming was OK and my floor mats were not cleaned. Got home looked at the rims on my car and those were still a bit dirty and still had a few dirty spots on the car that came off fairly easily. All said and done if it was $10 to $15 I would be satisfied but not $25 or $30. *DO NOT GO HERE*

I love their 5 minute car wash for 5 bucks... especially in this economy. The wash tunnel your car goes thru is the same wash tunnel they use for a full-service wash, but make sure to keep a towel in the trunk because the car will spot if not dried immediately after. Sometimes I choose to use the vacuum which is included in the price and is unlimited on time. So for $5 and a little bit of my own effort I have a clean exterior and vacuumed interior. One a month I get a full service wash so the tires shine and the interior get some Armor-All. You get what you pay for.

This car wash is the worst car wash ever they take you change, cell phones, camera I got my car detail ones over here and my camera was missing. In addition my car was in the better condition without getting detailed, it had scratches outside that were not there before and the interior was so wet that it took 3 weeks to dry and I couldn’t get the smell out of my car, and when you try to talk to the owner he pretends that he is an employee so he wont pay for damages. This is the WORST CAR WASH IN GLENDORA

I got the VIP wash and told them that everything in the car was trash (there wasnt a lot of trash, just some receipts and a soda can in the front cup holder). The VIP wash is $29.99. Unfortunately just as the car was finished I received a phone call and had to leave so I didnt get to look the car over before leaving. I realized that they didnt take the trash out, fingerprints still on the dash, seats werent vacuumed. Im so disappointed. I wont be returning there again.

Got my truck washed......for the first time in about a year and let me tell you it looks great! They had a special on a detail that I took and even though my truck was EXTREMELY dirty they kept the price right where they offered it and did an absolute awesome job! Definitely will continue to come here, especially how they treat their customers and how they perform their services. Great job guys and thank you for making the truck look great.

Sam went above and beyond to take care of me. I came in and explained the water spots on my car have never been removed and Ive even gone to other car washes to fix this issue. But no one has been able to remove the spots. He explained why it happened and then personally made sure the car had 0 water spots. Im so impressed with this service.

They offer a $5 express wash after 5 pm...the express wash is as good as the car wash at a gas station. You pull up, pay at a kiosk, and drive your own car through their car wash machine. No drying, no vacuuming, and it doesnt count toward their loyalty card. There are drive up vacuums that you can pay to use.

A good place to get your car washed and detailed as well. I use their monthly membership to get unlimited washes. Its so worth it! U get your moneys worth in just a couple of washes. Give them a try!

Will not go there anymore. Last time, there was a lot of dirty spots on my car side, but they said it can not be clean unless polish. And I tried, it could be clean when you rob them harder.

I was actually at the Smog Check at the same location. They are the only place I will go for a smog test! Quick and you can get your car washed in one trip.

Took the car in and waiting and waiting. The attendant is no where to find. Back the car out. Vacumn myself and paid 5$ for car wash. Save myself 8 bucks.

Self service or full service. I usually wash and vacuum my own car. Or you can get the guys to wash the car for you while you catch up on FB :)
