I took in my 2 month old car to get washed after a bird decided to do what it does best on it. I was attracted to this car wash because of the good reviews on yelp and that there was a coupon for a 5 dollar exterior wash, which is what I needed. I will say that the people there were friendly and it did seem like they cleaned the car fine at first glance. I thought it was well worth my 5 bucks until I started driving away. As I was driving away I first noticed little red particles from the towels, no big problem, but still I wouldnt want that. When I got home, I did a close inspection of the car. As I looked at the car, it definitely was not the best wash in the world, but what can you expect for 5 bucks. What has made me so upset and therefore warranting a 1 star, 0 if I could, review is that I FOUND 2 SCRATCHES on my car that were definitely not there before I went to the car wash! My flawless new car now has 2 new scratches! I am assuming it is probably from the towels they use. Even worse, I still found some of the bird droppings left in the grooves of the car, which I ended up taking out myself. I definitely do not recommend this car wash to anyone unless you dont mind so much about getting a cheap car wash with the risk of getting your car scratched (which I am assuming isnt too many people). I have learned a very valuable lesson; YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! What I thought would be a cheap way to clean my car has now turned out to be way more expensive than I thought, considering that I have to get the scratches repaired. I went to a fancy car wash that was 17 bucks about 2 weeks ago. At the time I thought it wasnt worth it; but after this horrible experience, its definitely worth it to pay a little bit more! In short: -Mediocre car wash -Received 2 scratches on my car -They didnt even remove all of the bird droppings. -STAY AWAY

I took my Tacoma and my PT Cruiser here at the same time to get both a full detail with clay, etc. When they called me at 6pm to pick up the cars, they were still frantically working on the PT cruiser as they were closing shop. I didnt really have time to look things over but once I got home, I realized they probably didnt do half the work the were supposed to do. Im positive they did not clay either of the cars or polish the head lights. The dash and hard surfaces in both cars was streaked and splotchy and both cars still had white streaks and wax in all the groves and molding. I had to spend over an hour going back over it myself with a towel. They did a horrible job and charged me over $300 for both cars for this hack job. Instead of just admitting they couldnt finish in time, they half-assed it and then tried to tell me how good it looked. I will never waste my time on these guys again. Go to a real detailing place. These guys suck and arent apologetic about it.

I just moved here from Arizona so I was clueless as to where to bring my SUV in to get a great wash. Despite a few negative reviews, the positive ones (and the coupon on their website) won me over, so I took my Avalanche in for the first time today. I was greeted by Sam, who I am assuming is the owner or manager, and he was extremely personable. They ran my truck through the wash once and without my criticism or concern, he told me he would run it through again just to give it an extra cleaning. The employees seemed very hardworking and are all very nice. Their prices are competitive and fair to the other car washes I researched and passed by before I ended up at Newport Mesa. I wholeheartedly believe in business loyalty and if you give off that vibe, businesses will notice and will treat you very kindly. I will definitely be making this my new spot for my bi-weekly car washes.

Random dirty spots that had been missed all throughout the car. Windows were mostly clean, but again, random dirty spots. The worst though was that I began to smell oil coming through my A/C vents on my drive home. When I got home, I checked under the hood and sure enough, they had not secured the oil cap. It was just sitting loosely on top of the hole. Thank good the cap didnt fall off. Oil all over my engine. And it smells like oil when I run my A/C. Too add insult to injury, there was no air freshener in the car either. And for some reason when my car came out, the service attendant took my receipt from me. So now I need to find the transaction on my bank history. I called this morning to speak to management, but no one answered. It just rang and rang. In short, I will not be returning to this location and would advise the same.

Do not use this carwash at all costs. I brought my new car here given the advertisement for a brushless "hand wash." The result was tiny scratches all over the paint. They use hard, old towels and cheap chemicals that will damage your paint job. When I informed the manager, "Sam," about this, he was a complete jerk, denied any liability (even though the car is two days old and had never been washed other than here), and told me to leave. I am in the process of making complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Ripoff Report, and encourage anyone even considering using this wash to stay away. See the below review which also discusses scratches showing up on a new car. Apparently this place has made no efforts to correct its ways.

Awful customer service, the guy (I believe he was the owner) was more concerned about telling the detailers about his crazy weekend than paying attention to customers and their needs. It was an inconvenience for him to stop his conversation and take care of me. Left my car running while he went over and finished his conversation. My car looked fine, could have paid $5 less and gotten the same thing down the street with better customer service. Never going back

Horrible vacuum job and when I showed the manager the hair still in the floor on the mat in the front seat, he said, "its really hard to get pet hair so if you want better job you need to pay for a full detail." Holy crap. Ive never heard such nonsense and have never had a car wash not vacuum nor complain. Horrible place. Ill never return and recommend staying away.

My friend puked all over my brand new car after going a little too hard on the 4th of July. We took it here and they made it look like it did after driving it away from the dealership. Great service and they even had a sense of humor to boot. Definitely recommended to anyone who wants a full service inside and out car wash.

So when I got a new car and saw this place had a LivingSocial Deal I signed up to see for myself. -Clean facility -Polite staff -Top quality service And a new manager whom I would steal away if I had a customer facing business.
