I stopped by today, Memorial Day, to get my truck washed and waxed. Theyre running an ad on Facebook for $5 off if you mention their Facebook ad/promotion. When I was paying I mentioned the $5-off Facebook special and the two ladies behind the counter nearly bit my head off. "No, we dont have a $5 off special!" She said if there is such thing you will have to give me a coupon -- in a nasty accusing tone of voice. Well I politely joked that I hoped I did not look at the wrong website as I accessed the internet on my phone. When I googled their website the Memorial Day special came immediately up. They then gave me the discount, glared at me the whole time, never apologized and never even said Thank You after the transaction was completed. All I can say is Piss Poor Attitude - Horrible Customer Service. Sunny Hills here I come - youve gained a new full time customer. MAY 29, 2017 UPDATE: I submitted the above post while waiting for my vehicle to be finished. When I was waived over to pick up my truck I was amazed at how seriously crappy the wax job was applied. My 10 yr old special needs grandson could have done a better job ....blind folded! I was so done with them I just took the keys thinking Ill have this mess buffed out by a professional. But wait, thats not all.... while driving home I noticed my center console arm rest was jiggling abnormally. Somehow one of them placed so much downward pressure on the arm rest that created a severe crack in the plastic on the underside. Now it has abnormal play, rests at an uneven angle and needs to be replaced. PROTECT YOUR PROPERTY - DONT BRING YOUR VEHICLE(S) HERE!!!

I drove up to this place with a hand car wash in mind. 4 men without uniform approached my car. Making me hesitant to even lower my window. I asked for a hand wash and an employee answered back $22.99. As soon as he mentioned that, I looked up to be menu board and it read $17.99 for a luxury car hand wash. With that agreed I proceeded to the receptionist to pay for the wash. With no one in line the transaction took about less than a min to complete. Right after I walked outside to take a look on the progress on the car. It was vacuumed, getting power washed, and my rims were being soaped. With that complete an employee drove my car to the front where they finish wiping down the cars. BIG PROBLEM!! I paid for a WASH not a rinse! These employees sprayed my car with water for 20 seconds. Feeling ripped off I approached the counter wanting to speak to the managers. I told him about the issue, and said he needs to speak to the "soapers". He spoke to them and he replied "they did soap the car." With that said, I had to explain That there is no possible way that a car can be vacuumed, watered downed, soaped, and rinsed, within 60 seconds by HAND. With the manager still doubting me, he wanted to check his cameras. He did, then sent my car off to be hand washed again properly without an apology! BEWARE! Watch your car while its being hand washed at this place! The employees will up-sell you and spay your car down with a water gun and call it clean if your not watching them.

I had a bad expirience,my husband took the car the get it clean, and I his wife left my wallet under the sit and my wallet had 40dollars and now theyre missing, thats not fair! Tuve una mala experiencia en este lugar mi esposo llevo el auto a lavar y yo deje mi cartera debajo del asiento con 40$ cash, cuando voy a buscar mi cartera ya no esta debajo del asiento si no debajo de la alfombra y cuando la reviso el dinero en efectivo que andaba ya no esta REALMENTE ME PARECEN MUY DESHONESTO, nunca mas mi esposo y yo volvemos a este lugar no lo recomendamos.

They do not honor their own coupons! I went there today with a 50% off coupon that I received a couple of weeks ago in the mail. The coupon does not expire until October 31, 2011. The cashier told me that the manager had decided they would no longer honor that coupon. She said they still accept other coupons that were included in the same mailing ($3 or $2 off on a car wash). Since my car was already being washed by the time I got to the cashier, I had no choice except to allow them to complete the job, but I will never go back there. Also, they did not do a very good job -- there were a lot of water spots left on my vehicle.

Just got our truck "washed" .. if you want to call it that at Brea Car Wash & Detail Center .. Paid almost $25.00 plus tip for a piss-poor job. My husband now has to clean the bugs off the windshield and water spots off the side windows. Oh, and so much for the air freshener .. yep, not there. What the hell did I pay for? Its really sad when you pay for something and its done badly .. will be finding another car wash .. they wont be getting my money again. Hahaha, guess I shouldnt have been so honest when the cashier was giving be back the wrong change. Live and learn.

Service here is spectacular. The carwash and gas prices are the lowest in town (super convenient). The ticket writer and cashier have great attitudes and are always willing to go the extra mile. The owners are very courteous and friendly - they love to talk local sports and history. My car is always done fast. They do a great job on the interior (always take out the floor mats to vacuum underneath, blow out any trash in hard to reach areas like between the seats, and even get the far corners on the inside of the back window) A+ and worth every penny.

rewriting as issue was resolved went in for basic car wash, got sold a detail since i had water spots 3 hours later took it home, water spots were still there, had some issues due to that called back a few times, went in next day, they resolved the issue took another 3 hours but finally the water spots were gone, im not sure why it didnt get fixed the first time, but gave the guy that did all the buffing a $20 tip

I came to wash my car which is SUV and they charged $2 more, that is fine. They sale me the wet wax and it look ok then I took it. After wash, they have to put wet wax on my car and dry it but they did not. I asked about this but they lie to me that thay spray it over already, oh man, i watched closely the whole process they dont. Feel kind of rip off $40.99, will not come back again.

Called to see what time they close and lady said well actually were not that busy so were closing early today, I asked what time and she said I cant tell you for sure, I then said then I should not come in and she said I cant say, but we may be closed when you get here, use sunny hills Carwash in the future. They do a good wash and have better customer service
