Worst Car Wash Ever........ I took my mom car to get washed to only bring it to her with scratches on the hood of her car. I talk to the manager and he seemed not to care about what had happened. I showed him the scrathes and he tells me that out of 100 cars that come through the wash why mine ? What kind of question is that! I pointed out to him that the towels that his workers dry the vehicles with they throw them on the floor. He looked at me and told me he cant do nothing for me.WOW I was in shock! I have been a loyal customer for the last few years. As a manager he was not at all professional. I left leaving so upset and dissapointed with what they did. Later that evening I went back to get a refund and the supervisor refused. I wanted to take the car to get washed only to take home to explain to my mom the worst wash ever!!!!!!!!!!

So, my car was absolutly filthy and I ordered the basic wash. Pulling up, I noticed that included "Self Vacuum". Which means I vacuum my car myself. This was for all the packages except the most expensive one, though you could pay extra for an Attendant Vacuum. I saw other reviews saying its sub par, so I declined that. I pay with a 20, and then the man giving me my change said he would give me two more dollars for my change after the wash. I did not see him after the wash, and I really didnt care becuse its $2. At the end, the guy doing the hand dry really did seem to care about quality. He made sure to scratch off some spots still on my windshield. But I will not be returning to this car wash.

GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. These guys were our go-to place. Never again. A while ago, one of their workers complained about how dirty the outside of the car was. Thats... kinda the point of coming to a car wash I thought? Fun, right? Wait, it gets better! Last time, they broke my car door in two places. The entire handle was broken off and due to the interior damage they caused, the entire thing is jammed and wont open or close properly. They refuse to pay for anything else other than the door handle. Even our repairman said the damage was severe and that the company should pay for everything. Literally go anywhere else in town, youre probably better off.

I believe in giving credit where credit is do and though citrus car wash doesnt do as well as I can do it myself, they do a pretty good job for the price. They even have a guy who checks and will resend it through if not clean. Ive had many bad experiences at all the other local car washs, thats why I pass them all up on 7 mile trek to citrus car wash.

This carwash has thieves. my husband just left there this evening and was taken for a small jar filled in quarters that he keeps in closed cabinet. After speaking with a man named Victor, nothing he says will make it better. Dont get ripped by employees vacuuming or inside your car. We reported to West Covina PD. We are not going back there ever!

This is your typical car wash. Some car wash places have moved on to hand washing in the tunnel, but this is your typical old-school car wash tunnel that has those moving bristles that every car will eventually share. Not a big fan of those. With that said, the car at least came out mostly clean inside-and-out anyway. Moderate wait times.

I come here once and awhile because its close to me and convenient. However the service is OK and the cashier needs to purchase a personality. I asked for a hand wash and got to the register.. paid. And later was asked whole I sat if I could go back to pay more because she charged me wrong. Ridiculous. Im not coming back

1st time & last time. Had to vacuum my suv when I got home, prior to leaving noticed the back row was never vacuumed. Asked the guy to vacuum it but it seemed like he didnt want to work. Car was clean outside, all windows were clean. Its to bad the vacuum guy ruined my experience. Will not go back.

I always come to this car wash, and so does my family, we like the fact that they hire elderly people,they need to take their time to clean the cars better but we like it anyways because they are nice, you have to let them know to clean where you find stains and dirt they will do it

They never and I Mean Never vacuum inside very well. Once I went in for a vacuum only and offered to pay for it since they dont normally just vacuum cars. I tipped very well and when I got home the rear floors and passenger wasnt even touched. Plus they through away my purse lol

Horrible place, I have tried to go here multiple times to give them more chances since they are local to me. But my van and truck are always still dirty inside. The vacuum people just rush your cars through to get them out

$12.99 Special on Tues & Wed! I have had both good and bad experiences here so its hard to say if they are good or not. I did see one careless guy scratching & hitting another customers car repeatedly with his tools.

Broke the front chrome off my car. I was told to take it up with the owner and of course he was never there. Just go somewhere else and save yourself the headache.
