The manager (it said that on the back of his shirt) told me it would be about 15 to 20 minute wait. I saw 3 cars in front of me and in the area where cars are being dried there were probably another 2 plus a couple more going through the wash so I thought that was a good estimate so I stuck around. An hour later the car was finally ready which is surprising because with the amount of guys working there I cant believe it took an hour for the amount of cars that were there. I was in a hurry so I did not inspect it when I picked it up. Turns out one of my rear view mirrors was not clean and had water marks all over, when I got home I looked at the rest of the car and more watermarks on the back of the car. I got the Gold service so Im afraid of what the regular service is like. I doubt I will go back to this place again. I can do a much better job on the car and in a quarter of the time this took.

I took my car to be hand wash I asked them to wash it outside and not on the belt but I guess they knew better so they decided to but it on the belt which when it came out the had scratch my rims brand new rims just all scratch I wanted the manager to take off it he wasnt there I was told this guy came out so I told him what happened and he just point me to this sign that said that they arent responsible for damage he told me that I had to tell them to wash it outside which I told them I did but he just told me to go write a complaint like that was going to fix my wheels so I decided to call the owner never responded when back to look for him they told me he wasnt there and that he had more important things to worry about Poor customer service poor quality service disappointed

Not clean at all! Im not big on negative comments but this place absolutely earned it. I waited a little more than 30minutes which I didnt mined if the job was well done but in my case as soon as I got in the car I noticed the dashboard very dusty it was so obvious how could they not notice. I went back and told one of the guys and he went in to give it another shot at the dashboard when I got in my car I noticed it where he had wipe and again where he missed they dont have pride in their work never going back. I was to frustrated to even bring it back again just had to come home and do myself.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GOOD CAR WASH, DONT COME HERE .i been here several times and this is my last time here , really bad service, theres something missing all the time, they drive the cars around like they dont care , one time I was here waiting for my truck and one the the workers ( the guys that the drives the cars around ) bump into someone elses car ) rushing out . So is really not the right place to be in .

This place sucks ass!!! Ive gone 2 times and both times they did a sorry ass job! They dont know how to vacuum the cars and they stole my raffle tickets with the money I already had sold. I will nvr go back to this place ever again!!! The raffle tickets and money was for my sons football team..

So slow! Waited 45 minutes to have them START vacuuming my truck and another 35 to wash and dry. Only had 4 cars in front of me too. If youre in a hurry go somewhere else.

They take to long to get your vehicle and they dont have enough persons drying the cars the car is dry by the time they get to it!
