Just terrible! I was given a gift for a $100 so I had my car detailed here, which I had been excited about for many months. The guys did the whole car salesman thing convincing me how my car would like like factory condition. They said 2.5 hours and I can have my car back so I could get to the mall before my dinner date. I kept calling and they said they are working hard to put the final touches on... they said this 3 different times and finally 5 hours later it was ready. When I got there, all I had was a ten in my pocket. Before I even drew it out, he laid a sob story about how hard my car was to clean and that I should tip the guys there since they worked so hard and suggested at least 20 dollars. I obliged though I felt weird about it when I told him I would go to the ATM and come back for the tip, he told me hed rather I charge the tip in his office on my card. I did it, thinking, my car does look pretty good! About a week later, swirls started popping up all over my car. I took it to a different car wash and they said the last place had done a poor job with the clay, over did it, polishing off the clear coat, then didnt buff it out so basically the whole detail lasted about a week and now when it gets washed, it looks just terrible. The only way to make it look nice again is to actually do a new clay treatment and detail job. These guys are con men. Call a mobile detail service and get a better job done... Thats what I did.

*** DON’T COME HERE *** I came on 4/14/17 for a simple car wash, I haven’t been here before but since it is close to home I thought I would try it. BIG mistake not only did they do a horrible job with the interior still dirty but they STOLE!!! My money. I couldn’t believe it I have been having my car washed for a long time and this is the first time this has happened. I went back and looked at the reviews of this place and noticed that Daiman K. the owner said that this has happened and they got rid of the person doing it well that was months ago and it’s still happening so that was a lie. So not only did I have to go through this but then I speak to the manager (SAM) and explain to him what happen and he proceeds to tell me that since there is so many guys touching the car that he wouldn’t be able to tell who did it, I told him that is unacceptable he proceeds to tell me that maybe I should hide my valuables which is completely absurd how about you don’t hire shady people. If you wish to leave with the things you came with DON’T COME HERE this obviously happens a lot here and management does not care.

I would give this place 0 stars. After coming here for years, today a car wash employee decided to steal our auxiliary cord and head phones out of our closed front center console. We Told them and the "boss" proceeded to tell me that those cords are only about $6 or $7 dollars, like it was no big deal. I asked him if he had ever had anything stolen from him, he said no. I told him, its a horrible, violating feeling, no matter the value of the item. They proceeded to call this gangster that drives the cars into the car wash who, of course, said they dont steal there. As hes wearing headphones...... Hhmmmmm They even looked through our car. I left, pissed, after the $6 comment. I said, its super bad business to except that their employees steal and they are okay with it. He said they have never had this problem in 15 years, then I read these reviews. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE! YOUR THINGS ARE NOT SAFE!!! And beings that we have 5 cars, I think they are the biggest losers. Ive never had anything missing from the car wash on Commonwealth and Euclid.....

We went there for the Early Bird Special from 8-10am Mon-Wed. The banner displays the price at 7.99. The car cash ticket write up person said there is a 2.00 extra for tire dressing. We took him to the banner advertised the early bird special and showed him that there is nothing there saying the extra charge for tire dressing. He told me they are in business for 10-15 years and they always charge extra for tire dressing. Then we pointed the person to another sign that said free tire dressing with any carwash and he said nothing. We got the car wash for 7.99 without the tire dressing. We felted cheated by the car wash place. We thought Early Bird means same service but at a discount. Obviously the place misunderstood that catch phase.

BEST car wash ever!!!!! 12.99 u get your car vacuumed and a 100% hand wash my car always looks clean and I think there is NEW owner and they are remodeling the car wash very nice because its been looking the same since the 60s lol Anyways what else do u want they r in downtown Fullerton u can leave your car and go have breakfast lunch and my be have 1 beer Ohh yah I want to add I get my oil change here with free car wash its like 30-40 bucks used to go to Walmart pay 60 and no car wash. !!! With that said all the bad ratings I seeon this place been coming here for five years NO PROBLEM, if they missed a spot just let them kno they will clean it. Highly recommend

I wont be back here. I should have looked at the car before I left. I am pretty confident that the attendant did not clean the windows or even wipe on the passenger side of the car. THE WHOLE SIDE, because I saw a dirt smudge that just came off with a swipe of a finger. It has been at least two years since I have been to this place and I figured, why not, maybe they have gotten better. I was not satisfied in the past, but decided to give it another shot. BAD IDEA. I really wish I had looked before I left. Today is September 20, 2014, I was there just 20 minutes ago.

I took my car to the Harbor Hand Carwash for a full detail and not only did they take much longer than any other detail shop Ive been to, they broke my automatic window control so now my window is no longer functional. It cannot be rolled up or down. Now I am left absorbing the cost of taking it to the dealership to have it fixed. They also flooded my trunk in the car wash. Needless to say I will not be returning to the Harbor Hand Carwash and will definitely not be recommending their services to anyone else.

Absolutely awful, I just got back from this place and saw that I have a giant scratch along the side of my car, I know getting an oil change takes time as well, but to take well over an hour for my car to STILL be dirty and get scratched!? I watched the man take forever to wipe down my car and its still really bad. I got there at 3:30 and no one came up to give me a ticket or explain to me what I needed to do and it took quite some time. I ended up leaving at 5:15. Wth.
