My mother-in-law went there last week and they treated her like crap. She arrived at their location at 8:30am to see if they could detail her car. She was the inly customer they had at that time. They said yes and told her theyd have it done by 3pm. At 3pm she came back and they hadnt even started on it!!! They then yelled at her at tried to make her feel bad for bringing it in on a day that was busy. Again, she showed up at 8:30am and was the only customer there when they told her they could have it done by 3pm. She told them that if they didnt think they could have it done that day, they should have told her at 8:30am so she could have gone somewhere else. She told them she needed the car detailed for that evening so it was important to her it was done that day. The manager then told her theyd do it right now and shed have it soon. He told her to pay for it now so when it was done, she could just leave quickly for the event she was going to that night. Her mistake, she did. Later when she picked up the car, there were smears all over it from the cleaning stuff and all the seats were so soaking wet, she had to use towels to try to sopp them up and if she closed the windows, the moisture from the seats fogged up all the windows. A couple days later she went back to complain to get her $175 back and they offered her $40 dollars with a take or leave attitude. My mother-in-law is a very sweet 60+ year old woman and Imperial Car Wash scammed them. Be warned.

RAMON! What a jerk of a supervisor! Almost every Thursday for the last 3 years I been coming here to get the car wash special. Got there about 7:45 am and waited until it opens. By 8am when it was time to open there was about 6 more cars behind me and thats when someone decided to cut everybody and go to the front of the line. The workers at the carwash didnt care and let that person continue and be the first one to get a carwash. At that point I didnt say anything and continue with my day. When I got home I decided to call and ask for the manager to put my two cents about what happened earlier. When I explain everything to the manager and I said that it wasnt fair to everyone that puts the extra effort to be there early and to let someone else to cut the line and let it go like nothing, I said that was not acceptable. Thats when "RAMON" the manager said to me, "if you dont like it, go somewhere else" simple as that, this manager thinks thats how you treat customers when you have a complain. I guess they dont like my money and care about customer loyalty. Ill never comeback!

Ive lived across the street from this place for 8 years. At least once each year, I try it again, it never gets any better. It is an overpriced drive-through car wash (yes, even with the $12 Tues-Thurs special). They dont ever manage to clean the bugs or droppings off the exterior, and they dont dry the car (even though they spend 20 min wiping it down), and they do a nominal super quick pass at the vacuum of the interior, so I always end up having to wipe down the outside and vacuum the inside when I get home. And the worst is the nasty, goopy liquid scent that they dump all over my gas cap release under my seat...even when I specifically ask them not to, even when they look me in the eye and promise me they wont. I am not a picky person when it comes to the cleanliness of my car, and they fail to meet even my low standards.

Wonderful service as I "hung out" at Imperial Car Wash several times. Special runs Tuesday through Thursday. Pull in to any one of the triad of lanes and choose a package. Richard greeted me on a Monday and was kind, congenial and most attentive. Car was shaded ---which was separate from the main reception waiting area, cool (was my bad hair day, LOL). Deluxe Wash and it was around the mid twenty dollar range and cool thing was it included tire dressing. Though we usually wash the car at home this was a nice treat!

Never thought a car wash could be so fabulous! I can not say enough about Imperial Carwash the level of customer service is exceptional! You are given the VIP treatment beginning with the first call to set an appointment to pick-up of your car. Scott, Vicky and Kate are amazing! Mimi will put a smile on your face.The car looked showroom perfect! The interior looked better than a new car, the basic wash was far better than details I have had in the past. I will never take my car anywhere else.

Paid for the $25 special. Included of vacuuming of the interior and a wipe down with scent (which they didnt apply) & a wash to the outside of the car. After sitting in there waiting room for an hour and 10 minutes I asked the cashier whats going on he looks up and says oh your cars over there under the tent its done. They hadnt vacuumed I had to make them do it and when I got home and took a closer look there were water marks and swirl marks everywhere. My child could have done a better job.

They kept to their word. I got my car washed and my front seats done. They were supposed to sit in the Sun for two hours but due to the weather change they didnt dry properly. Thankfully before I left the man let me know if I didnt like something I could come back later that day or the next. So the following day I did just that and they fixed my problem!!

I have been going here for years and NEVER experienced the service these other people are talking about. No one ever gives good reviews only bad ones. So this is my good one. Take your car there and find out for yourself. Its only a $15-$20 risk. If you dont like it, dont go back...I love it, they are fast and do a great job

I was here yesterday 03/10/16 and I paid $30 for a car wash that wasnt done right. I paid for Armor All for the inside/out and a lot was missed. I even had to vacuum the car again, MYSELF! While worker just looked at me. Im never coming here again and I DONT recommend it.

I washed my car last night and the service was just outstanding. The employee named Alexandria was very friendly and attentive. She helped me make the right decision on washing my car and was a complete sweetheart. Shes simply awesome, she should get a promotion.

This was my first time here. The wash came out better than I thought. After 5 days of being on my uncles ranch, the car was extremely dirty. They got all of the dirt out of the carpet and all of the bugs off of the grille and windshield. I will definitely return.

Had my 2015 gmc sierra polished mind you I understand black is very hard to detail but the manager promise me that it will be done right, well my truck looks worse then before. The only good thing was that u got my refund , will never do business there again
