Horrible they scratched my brand-new black rims then blamed it on me Peter the ower stated that I should have known you cant take a car with rims through a car wash that has a machine that pulls your car. I asked him why didnt his employees advise me of this he said its not our job to advise you. The last time I checked their sign says 100% hand ✋ car wash. If I would have known their machines would scratch my rims i would definitely not have taken my car there. The owner Peter was rude didnt even walk out to see the damage he just said he would check the camera. His cashier/security/body guard goes out to check my rims and says oh that couldnt of happened here. I also told her plus they suck at washing cars my rims were still all dirty but apparently she is dumb and blind cause she couldnt see the dirt i also pointed out a huge wet spot on my front seat and they didnt even respond or apologize. The whole time I was talking to her ignorant illegal allen boss she was just standing there like an oversized dog ready to attack. This car wash is a joke that hires a bunch of illegals who clearly do not have a clue on what they are doing.

Every time I go to this car wash, its as though I just came straight out of the dealership! The staff are very organized and everyone seems to be in contact with each other. The pricing is great for the work they do. With other car washes, I almost always went back or had them redo the wash, especially in the hard to get to places like beneath the car handle! As for some of the comments on the wait time, there has never been a single time Ive gone to any car wash and came out of there before 30 minutes. From my experience, the bigger the car wash, almost always the slower the work because they get overloaded with cars and my car ends up not as clean. Im VERY picky over my car washes and I guess you can even call me the complainer type that every manager hates to have. Ive changed many car washes and to give this car wash a 5/5 is a miracle. They really do a great job and above satisfactory in my eyes. This is the car wash for me and I highly recommend to everyone else too. Dont forget to check out their market as they have really cool eye grabbers that are also so useful. The best part is the coffee :D

I went there a couple times. The service is below average. I know many of the guys there are hard workers. But some of them, have very little or no experiance with "professional" carwash service. Twice, I had my car serviced for headlight restoration and they made a mess both times after my car was washed and I caught one of the workers spraying WINDOW CLEANER on the body of my car! Window cleaner destroys the paint finish and shine! These guys overall are not the best and I would never go there again. The guy in charge said they always use "all purpose cleaner" on cars. Which in fact, the universal color for ALL glass cleaners is BLUE! Overall, poor management (unprofessional) and poor service.

I dont normally leave bad reviews even when I get bad service bit these guys put the icing on the cake. Tire shine only on 1 out of 4 tired. Only wiped down half of my dash and I still had dirt on the floor mind you I payed for the most expensive car wash which is the ultra. These guys suck at life. I talked to the lady in charge of politely asked her if I can just get my car rental washed next time Im there she said no you have to come back now if you want it cleaned and she said we dont do free car washes. I didnt want a free wash wanted the service I paid for and I had to go to work. She refused to work with me.

Car wash was decent for the price but they didnt even use a dry rag to wipe the Windows so its streaky. My biggest problem is the car wash attendant managed to take off the wiper blade, dropped the wiper arm and broke my windshield. The guy admitted it in front of the manager but managed said its not his problem and said take me to court, they will dismiss it. Why would he say this? I have a feeling this isnt their first accident. I will be filing a formal complaint in hopes this doesnt happen to anyone else.

These guys are great. Weve been taking our Corolla S to them since we bought it, and it always comes out sparkling clean. They do a great job on the interior too. :) They do tend to get busy on Saturdays, but its worth the wait!

Washed about three times here so far. Each time, my car came out almost spotless. Wait times for entering as well as wait times for wiping down the car are a little long, but worth it in my opinion.

Longest Ive waited for wash vacuum and armor all is 20 minutes. Join their loyalty program for free was after 9 washes. They also detail, wax, Polish headlights.

They did not know how to operate my automated windows! They pulled them open and stripped the motors! $400 repair service at dealership! BE AWARE!
