I was a customer here 23 years until today never had a issue here until today i have 15 cars that i take here on regular basis brought truck in to get a 35 dollar hand car wash that look like a five year old kid could of done better the inside was not cleaned properly..so i called and i was told to come up the next day and i could get a re wash so i took the truck in the so called manager that have no customer service skills at all told me about how the truck was ok and i told him to his standard not mines and if i pay for service im going to get what i pay for after that exchange azusa car wash will no longer have my business

They do an average cleaning, some spots always missed . Ive also had my headlights worked to remove oxidation twice. Never again will I let them do it. After having my car washed , then they worked on my cars headlights and made a mess with the solution. Very unprofessional work. Lastly, watch the guys that dry your car. Ive caught a couple of them using the BLUE spray bottle which contains window/glass cleaning solution. They used it on the body to wipe spots. That is a HUGE NO NO! Window glass cleaner ruins the clear coating on your car that keeps it shinning, and in time turns the bright color very dull ruining the paint.

This place is HORRIBLE!!!!!!! They told me they didnt have time to fully clean my truck because it was busy....thats your job?!...it says spot free....thats a LIE!! My Truck is still dirty inside and outside! Never cleaned under the car...as described in the list of items being done...never gave me my air freshner...the floor wasnt vaccumed fully... i could wipe missed spots with my finger..picking up dust that they missed... DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH!! WAISTED MY MONEY ON A HORRIBLE JOB!! NONE OF MY FRIENDS WILL BE COMING HERE NOR MY FAMILY....IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD....

I asked for regular $15.99 wash and he said that it did NOT include vacuuming! I have an Altima. He said pay for $18.99 wash, it includes vacuuming. I looked at the signs, NOT one sign mentioned vacuuming at all, and the $18.99 included tire dressing and air freshener, itdidnt say it included vacuuming. And $15.99 sign didnt say it excluded vacuuming. Ive NEVER been told that a full service wash didnt include vacuuming, and I always do the lowest-cost wash as I detail my car myself. I dont do business with shady people, I left. Ridiculous.

My husband took his large truck for diamond wash and interior cleaning. Cost $32.99. Clerk had him place his debit card in reader then decided it wasnt working. So she took his debit card and swiped it behind the counter. Needless to say we got billed twice. This was on 21st. Now lets see if they dont hassle me today about my refund! Beware of double swipes, Here, There, Everywhere!!

The people were polite and cheerful and did a good job. They even gave me a $2 discount since their card reader connection was down and I did not have enough cash. They have a sizeable staff and so the waiting time is very reasonable. If you are in the area, be sure to give them a try!

I had my car cleaned payed for the hand wax and lend cleaned they did a bad jod I would not take your car there the one in Glendora on foothill is really go and great costumer service I had to give one star or I couldnt write a comment

They did an OK job. Last visit my car smelt like old dirty rag after and they always forget to put the air freshener in my car. My visits before were a little better just missing the air freshener.
