The only reason I didnt give one star was because the owner was extremely nice and had fantastic customer service. Stopped by here this last weekend to get my BRAND NEW car washed. Left with 5-6 scratches on my hood. Didnt realize until I got home. Took it to two body shops who both said scratches were consistent with someone scrubbing too hard when washing. I remember thinking while i was watching them washing it they were scrubbing excessively hard. For real the owner should probably educate employees on how to treat cars, ESPECIALLY brand new ones. Lucky I didnt realize when I was there.

Bad experience. They did not do a good job wiping down the dash. I also noticed that they use dirty towels because it left a film. Told the owner and he wanted me to talk to his men. I told him that was his job, they work for him. He told them to take care of it but when he left the workers did not want to do it so they appointed some one else to do it. The poor young man was confused on what needed to be done. He started to wipe the bumper so I instructed him. I will never go back. ECO Car Spa is farther away but worth it.

First time there and I will not return. I should have cleaned my car on my own and I might as well have been talking to the wall lol! No reply to please or thank you & Not really any eye contact from them. My car was still dirty in the back seat, the dash board and radio were still dusty. They did not even spray the air freshener at first which I paid for. Dont waste your time and money here.

They have $8.99 Tuesday specials. $2 more for SUV/van. Wash your car 9x and get 1 free. The hand wash is great and never a wait, which I think is due to the owners unfriendliness. I asked cards for friends and he said "Ill give them cards when they come here." Oh well, I go for the low price, not for his hospitality. If I have another choice at that price, Id never go back again.

They are fast, but dont get the extra wax on top of your car because it seems like the dont want to do it. They left my black trim looking sloppy and when I asked them to put more on a faded part they replied by saying that thats the way it looks and it that it wouldnt get darker. If that was the case then why did I pay for it?

A decent place to get your car washed if your in the Baldwin Park area, Ive been coming here for years. They have good music playing from their speakers while you wait on your ride. The guys here are cool, only thing is that the manager always has a "leave me alone, Im in a bad mood" face haha.

Best carwash in the area , first time their and my car was washed exceptionally good , owner and personals were very polite , even if their was a lot of cars they managed to do my car with a good additude it was an excellent choice to have gone their really recomend it.

Oil change was quick because it wasnt done at all the oil was close to black and the lube tech said it was residual I doubt they even changed the filter I will find out at dealership I guess profit at this place is worth more than your car

Always EXCELLENT service! Environment is family friendly each and every time I go in. The one thing that stands our the most is that they are very clean & quick but GREAT! BEST service in Baldwin Park!!!

Dont ever go here not worth the time or money. They left soap all over my car and wiped it all into the paint. HORRIBLE car wash. Also place was very dirty looking

Excellent car wash located in Bladwin park California. The staff are really nice, on top of that they do a great job in cleaning ur car.
