TLDR; requesting "exterior only" does NOT mean no interior, according to Ryan, who was the manager on 7/23/17. Full story: Ryan was the manager on duty. I asked for exterior only wash, to which he replied that the minimum package is a vacuum and interior. I told them OK, just do the exterior because I had a bad experience elsewhere where they still did the inside after I told them not to. I wanted to prevent scratches from the microfiber cloths on the plastic instrument panels. You cant control whether they reuse the cloths from other vehicles, and plastics are prone to scratches. Ryan said "Well theyre idiots. Dont worry, I take care of my customers." I took his word. However, I found that the workers still proceeded to wipe down the interior dash, so I told Ryan what happened. The notes said "no vacuum". He said that I did not clarify that I did NOT want the interior done. I said that I wanted exterior only.... as a customer, how would I differentiate exterior, interior, and vacuum? Apparently, he claimed I didnt say "no interior". Well, Ryan, what is the opposite of exterior? He lectured me, saying hes been doing this for 20 years and to "just let me do my job". He walked away from me afterwards. I couldnt believe he was "that guy". I feel sorry for people who have to work under him. Aright Ryan, you do your "job" that you think is immaculate, but workers depend on your first-line impression to give them repeat customers. Your obstinate behavior will only cost you your owners business if you dont follow simple instructions, or at least empathize. Ill be getting in touch with the owner after I do a charge back. Update: I got in touch with Steve, the owner of the car wash. When I go the call back, I said "hello?" and the first thing he said was "who are you?" I promptly told him who I was so he wouldnt hang up on me, he probably thinks I was trying to sell him something. He took my feedback and said he will train Ryan. At least Steve can try to relate.

I paid $40 for a car wash, hand wash and vacuum inside. Ok. First of all i disabled person. I watch the car go through the car wash with only two guys to clean it off at the end. And I got down on my knees to start hitting my car they just stood back and watched. Never offered to do it. When he said that he was done he left dead bugs on the front of my bumper. Water spots on the hood of my car, side panels and even under the wing of my car! I think if you were at a car wash place you should have more common sense to throw a towel under the wing rather than just not do it. Overall this place sucks, I will never be returning here again. I cannot believe that I paid $40 for this crappy car wash. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Brought in my truck after driving out of town. Mentioned to the manager that the front of my truck needed more detail due to all the bugs splattered all over the hood and bumper. They charged me 70 bucks and they did a crappy job. Pointed out all the bugs still visible. I mentioned it to the guy who was waxing that it was still filthy. When I got home I noticed the bed was still dirty and the interior was still half ass. NEVER COMING TO THIS PLACE AGAIN! Just got jipped 70 bucks

This used to be my regular car wash when I lived in the area. Even though that corner could be slightly hard to get in and out of its worth going out of your way to get in there. They do a decent job at a decent price. Theres an outdoor seating area where you can wait for your car and theyve updated the inside to make it more comfortable for people who want to relax indoors.

I usually go here for my car washes. The staff is really nice, and they do a really good job washing cars. Sometimes, they miss some spots while wiping down. Just make sure to point it out. They will happily clean it. Remember to tip well!

I just had my car detailed inside and out and have 3 dogs that are each 70 lbs the car was immaculate in every way and they got rid of all the dog hair which was not easy. They are awesome and I have been using them for years.

Prices range from $17-40. All include wash, vacuum, and windows. I did $25 super wash and my guy payed attention to detail. Im watching all the guys right now and they all are meticulous with their work. Hats off to you guys.

This is a terrible car wash. Carpet not clean, windshield is worse than before it was washed inside, dash not wiped down and they put a stain on the seat and something on the tailgate that I cant get off. DO NOT GO HERE.
