Mediocre car wash at best! In order to have a great car wash, it starts at the beginning. There are two guys that spray down, add soap and hand wash the vehicle. These two guys will not wash the entire vehicle, only the main body sections. Because of this, your vehicle will still remain dirty in some spots. Once the vehicle comes through the car wash it gets moved over to the section where the job gets done. The quality of the vehicle final finish is on the luck of the draw on who does it. It can range from 1 star to 5 stars. I believe most of these people work hard and try to do the best they can, but just lack enthusiasm or their bodies just will not allow them to bend down or climb to get in those dirty spots.

to anyone who really cares about your car and professionalism where its washed this place is not qualified to be car wash the staff is extremely rude the manager is even worse the wait time is atleast an hour or more since there under staff all the time what bother me most they had nerve say my car is low and wide there not responsible any damaged excuse me i just came 3 days ago wasnt an issue then im definitely changing location where i take my brand new mustang this place to be honest deserves not even one star more like negative 5 stars!!!!!!!!!!

Not enough people to do the work. My car been sitting for 25 minutes before they start vacuuming. Never had this experience before. Too slow! Cashier/manager told me they are busy on the weekend. Hello so does the other car washes Ive been too. They were busy! The difference is, they have a lot of staff working. Thats how you do business. The only reason I came here is because I have moved. Never again will come to this place. I wont recommend it to anyone unless youre ok to wait all day.

they told me they hand wash Tesla cars on the phone after the eash i noticed a paint stripped off in the back ear the trunk i reported to the cashier and he without checking told me they did not do it . its a brand new tesla. he was rude and asked me to call police i did not have time to call police please do not have tesla wash there

These guys are great. Brought my car in for a detail around 8 in the morning. I worked with Adam, he was very friendly, as was all the staff. At the end of the day, the car looked great, they had refreshed all the paint, cleaned all the leather in my car. Basically my 2011 Mazda looked brand new. I will definitely use these guys again.

They left my car dirty on outside and scratched my car.i went to talk to manager and said i had to pay extra jus to take DIRT off my car when i can jus scratch it off with my thumb.the manager was rude and so where the workers.manager told to tell me to clean my own car and do my own work.very bad place i will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

More expensive than a simple $5 gas station cat wash, but they do a good job, especially if you pay to have them do the inside. The waiting areas arent amazing, but they do have an indoor area with 2 coin massage chairs and a few small arcade games for children. They also have a few outdoor seating areas.

Pulled up and no one said hi or amything. Asked what wash i wanted and then i saw it seemed like they had a little communication problem. Never the less theu Need more staff. Way too slow of a service and a little pricey. Also, the air freshener I had bought was already opened.....Car is clean though!

I watched the car wash attendant steal change out of my car. Reported it to the manager/owner and they did nothing to compensate me for it. I wont be coming back here! Beware!

Better service than the other car wash on Euclid and Lincoln. They are much more detailed oriented when finishing up with the car. Good special deals too.
