Bummer, been coming here for years. Going to have to find a new car wash. Im pretty reasonable and I understand it was very busy but that is no excuse for quality to suffer. The price stays the same regardless. I always purchase "the works" but today after they did "the works" it was far from it. Water spots all over the outside and dirt running down the back tailgate door. The inside was even worse. Not wiped down at all not even with a dry cloth. It was vacuumed but it looked like it was very quick as I was throwing small pieces of trash out the door before leaving. I am not one to complain but I pay for all my belongings and always have. I also try to take great care of my things, so its very disappointing to get a service from a place I have been going to and loved to have such a terrible job done.

I have been coming to this location for years. I like to support my local businesses. There have been small issues in the past. But this will be the last time I give them my business. Apparently they only want wash clean cars. I drove out to Palm Springs and back and I have bugs on my windshield and grill. Thats why I brought my vehicle to them, because its dirty. Apparently they now have a $4.00 up charge for bugs. ????? I was a mobile auto detailer for over 10 years. It takes only a minute or two to remove bugs, especially with the soap, chemicals and high pressure water that they have at the beginning of the wash process. I have always understood the up charge for a larger vehicle. I have control of where my money is spent and California Hand Car Wash will no longer get mine.

I have been coming to this place for about a year, about 3times a month for the $12.95 wash which is fair.I am a great tipper ,about 7$ but I dont like when I come in when they have a slow day and they charge me an extra 5$ for a "XL vehicle" when I drive a small two door coupe. also I dont like when I have to wipe down left over wax that has caked on my car because the guy was too lazy to give a quick rundown on where he waxed. over all its an ok place ,friendly and humble. but just make sure you pay attention to what they charge you for.

It is a normal carwash. Hand wash only. It is a hit and miss. Sometimes its cleaned well and sometimes they miss some spots. What I hate is that when they park the car and no available space to dry. They leave it to wait for the next space. During this period, the water has already dried and creates spots. This cant be easily removed by wiping it. This also has a reward program but they wont offer it unless you asked for it.

This place does the outside and inside. Inside they do ur norm (vacuum, Windows etc.) but they also wipe down ur entire (center console, door panels, dash etc.). They vacuum the center console where ur cup holders are and wipe it down also. Lots of places skip that part. Not a bad job for the price you pay.

They do a good job. A solid job for the price you pay. They do goof off a bit but whatever i would too if i was at the car wash wooah wooah car wash yeah. Its worth it to bring your car to get a handy instead of doing it yourself or running it through a machine

Never again... Even for free. I cant believe what just happen to me here, I paid $19.95 + $3 (SUV fees) for the deluxe hand wash, my car game back no vacuum, dust on the dashboard !!! OMG.

Paid $25 for hand wash and received poor quality service. The wheels were still contaminated with brake dust and dirt was noticeable on some areas of the car.
