They broke our car. Do not go here! Nov, 2016: My wife brought our Corolla in for a regular inside and out basic wash. After driving away, she reached up to pull the sun shade back, off the windshield, and noticed it had been snapped broken. there was grease left on it as well. It had to have been moved back (or "up") in order to clean the inside of the windshield. Now the sunshade just hung broken. When I called the manager, "Effrin", and told him how they had broken our car, he said there was nothing they would do about it. He even alleged we were making bad "assumptions" about what happened. Never an apology, never an effort to help. So unprofessional! Dont let your car get treated this way! Avoid this place and tell your friends. No one should have to get their car repaired just because they came in for a basic carwash!

I got duped into the 49.95 car wash and it wasnt any better than the platinum! Looked ok at first due to the glow of the bumper and tire dressing. I had my little boys and already had been there an hour and a half so I wanted to get out. However the windows were still dirty, the carpets werent shampooed , side view mirrors had dried soap stains and the interior dressing wasnt complete and you could still see the dusty areas where they didnt even reach to finish. Horrible! I only go there because its the only place around but will NEVER spend the extra money there . They sell a rip off .

Went on Sunday, usually come here service is descent . Got truck back they left antenna on dash, not a big deal... But the dash wasnt cleaned. Got home there was still bird droppings on rear of cab and what looked like armorall goop on passanger fenders. I feel that it shouldve been wiped off since it was on top of the fender not the bottom where it couldve came from the tire. Add all these and I wont be back anytime soon or at all.

I took my lamborghini, my Maserati, my Ferrari and they did a excellent job Ya right. I wish I had those cars let alone 7 cars. I took my 1 car and they did a good job. If you want it detailed then pay for a detail. If you pay for a car wash then thats what you get. Inspect your car and point out the deficiencies before the guy leaves and they will address the problem. if they missed a spot point it out. No one is perfect

Very disappointed after paying $40 for a car wash and a spray wax they honk the horn to tell me my car is done and as I walk up to it the whole bottom of the car is still dirty on both sides. I had to sit there and point out to the guy to redo it which he looked lost. My windows have streaks the dash is still dirty I will never come back here again very disappointing I feel like I just lost my $40.

Really like a 3.5. Expensive car wash with so so work. They have a lot of cars and work fast to deliver. Which is good, but they work is okay compared to car washes out of the area. Could do better cleaning the cars. Also, they never spray the air freshner that you pay for. Only if you remember to remind them at the end. The best thing going for this car wash is location.

The staff is friendly and I like that. 10 car washes and you get one free, so that is nice. The outside of my car always looks great. But the inside has never actually been thoroughly clean when I get it back. Crumbs in cup holders. Grass on floorboards. Soapy drips. Its always something, and its disappointing. But Ive found that most car washes are.

Interior clean (just wipe) is included from premium wash $25 or more. This place is always busy so I thought they were good. I realized it may be worthwhile when you go with the basic wash. Dont go beyond that basic wash, they are not worth it. They does average job on exterior but not interior cleaning.

I hate this place.. expensive for no Dang reason... And they totally stole from me!!! Go to the Wash on Valley View I take all seven of my cars here since this lousy place stole from me ... wash on V.V soo much better in everything that this place does and friendlier!!!!!!

Have been coming here for couple of years. never any complaints. rest rooms are always clean, and coffee is fresh. come early in the morning and you out with a clean car in no time at all. the guys are hard workers and try to get you out fast even when the place fills up.

Never go here ever again!!! Paid 45 dollars for handwash and my car was still dirty. The rims were super dirty and there were still bug spots. I told the manager looking guy and he kept saying it was water spots. One star is too much for this place.

Been going here for years. Good service. Cleaned some green paint off the bumper on our gold Subaru from a fender bender and it looked great. No extra charge. Very happy with their service.

Its a busy place to have your car washed specially I left Friday and Saturday also on a Sunday but it is a great place to come and have your car wash in detailed and waxed
