Ive been coming to this car wash since it was known as Beacon Bay. Now with a new owner and new name. 12 years! Since Ive had a car. My entire family comes here. Being honest, not normally fast. Expect to spend at least half an hour (depending on what time you come). However, they always have more than one guy working on your vehicle. Fashion island is across the street if you want to kill some time. If not, their little Shop has every little thing imaginable - from cold brew coffee, ice cream and car accessories. Or you can always opt to get your shoe shined/repaired from the kind man thats been there for almost two decades. What Im really writing a review on is my Harley Davidson. Got tired of trying to clean the little corners and crevices, quite the pain in the ass. They had two gentleman working on it and I was done within the hour. And boy does it shine! Reasonably priced, friendly staff, and great service. Feel free to roll your motos through!

I thought Id give this place a try since it was so close to Fashion Island. My first impression- staff was friendly, location seemed fairly busy, and waiting area was clean. When they finished my car, I noticed the cup holder was dirty, and my radio and screen looked streaky. As I drove away, i noticed my windows had big streaks! I thought Id get better quality in Newport Beach especially since its more expensive than other places. Overall thought- okay service but not detailed.

Extremely convienient, I was a lot happier back when it was beacon bay the quality of the washes were much better and the staff was a little easier to deal with (current staff has been taught to push the next levels up or offer this clear coat they offer) however its a great option because of the location and accessibility to fashion island (across the street)

The little shopping area is nice but they do the worst job ever on your car , well cAr at least streaks in the windows water spots left on the Car my car was not clean and three other people were unhappy as well ,they offered to send it through again I didnt have time

They upsold me from what I originally was going to get, so glad i listened! Knowledgeable staff and they took excellent care of my car!!! Got all the scratches out and it looks like new inside and out.

Really great spot for a detailed car wash. The guys here are very thorough & the staff is friendly. Its generally pretty packed, but the wait isnt very long & there is plenty of seating.

Buy the lowest level. The work is sloppy as everywhere in California. So why pay for the extras. The extra 10 cents on the petrol is not a big thing.
