The first few times we went to this place I loved it. We hadnt gone in a while because the last couple of times they took forever to wash my car. Im talking two hours and it was only moderately busy. I went today and not only did they take an hour and a half they ruined my computer screen. My car has one built in and cant be removed. Ive had this car since 2005 and never once messed it up or had someone else mess it up. Well when we got into the car I had immediately seen it. I constantly look at my screen because it has GPS, controls the temperature, audio and many other functions for my car. But on the bottom there is a mark like someone kept scratching at it. I tried to remove it by rubbing it off like most smudges do but it wouldnt come off. Theres now a permenat mark on my screen that every time I look at it now it irritates me and thats saying it lightly. Ive had this car for over 10 years now and never had anyone mess up the screen. I am never going to this place again. I know I should have complained when I was there but I was so mad that they even took so long that I just left. They will never get business from me again.

Nu-Way Car Wash always gives friendly, courteous service from the casher (Arsineh) to the owner(Nick). Their prices are reasonable and much been than other car wash in area. On occasions they have suggested that a particular service such as a clay or hand wax, I trust their advice. On other occasions I have requested a hand wax and was told that my car did not need wax at this time. They could have easily charged me for the service but they did not. In addition, the quality of their car wash is excellent and they without question stand behind their work. If you are not satisfied with the service they will make it right. I would not take my Lexuss any place else. May I suggest the unlimited monthly plan. This plan lets you wash your car as times as needed in a one month period. And the cost is equitant to four car washes that is a real deal, check it out. The free coffee on Saturdays is a nice touch. - bob v.

Been here 3 times and after today im DONE!!! the first time they didnt clean my car too well ); gave them a second chance,, they locked my keys in the car i had to call AAA...IDIOTS!!! SO THEN THEY GIVE ME A CARD FOR A FREE WASH AND THEY APOLOGIZED. SO TODAY AT APPROXIMATELY 11AM I TOOK MY SUV TO GET THE FREE WASH BUT BEFORE THEY PUT MY SUV TO WASH THEY GUY GETS OUT OF THE DRIVER SIDE (mind you hes in the suv because the doors lock when the tires are in motion) AND OPENS THE BACK AND BEGINS TO SEARCH MY BAGS. VERY AND I MEAN VERY BAD PLACE TO GO...HE DIDNT EVEN SEE ME COMING HIS " LOOK OUT" TOLD HIM.

2nd day in a row here with another vehicle. The first wash wasnt a fluke. They do a good job here. I usually judge car washes by how they do the prewash and the dry. During the prewash, I check to see if they spray down the car good enough and do they scrub the tires fully. They do that pretty well. Then for the dry, I look to see if they clean off the spots that wasnt cleaned initially during the wash itself. Both the first time and today, they did exactly that. So happy I found my new car wash spot.

This was my first time trying this place and I was not completely satisfied. First, the guy who took my car over charged me a dollar. Luckily, his coworker caught it. Second, They didnt do a good job vacuuming the inside nor cleaning the center consul. Third, they didnt apply tire shine. I was in a hurry to leave, I didnt notice until I was home. Im never going back. Ive should have gone to my trusted car wash place.

My family and I have been going to Nuway Hand Carwash, in Monrovia, for 35 years. We have used their services ranging from $4.99 to $199.00. They have a package to satisfy everyones needs. I use their coupons every week. The management is always finding new ways to please their customers. They even serve FREE coffee in the morning, while you wait for your vehicle to be washed and dried. Why would I want to go anywhere else?

I just got the most AMAZING car wash ever! I have a husky who is in my car every single day and there was about an inch thick layer of dog hair all inside the car. I wish I took before an after pictures! I am honestly shocked at how well they did! Other places have literally told me I had to lint roll my car AFTER getting it washed. I am so pleased with Nu hand car wash. Thank you guys!

I will not be returning! I payed $80 for a HAND wax of my car, when I was flaged over that it was complete there was still dead bugs on the front bumper. I pointed it out to the guy and he just wipes a towel over it smiring it and making it worse. I ask for the manage to which he say "Is good see is good." while pointing at my black spoted white bumper

Used their services two days ago. They did a nice job detailing...including shampooing the carpets. Took an hour and a half. Just one tip...dont leave your address or any other valuables in your vehicle. I mean it.

Get the job done well in general. They offer pre-paid (10 washes) discount packages, and reward returning customers thru mobile app - FiveStar. They dont have a non-smoking waiting area.
