Sub par car wash that never gets everything clean properly even with their Platinum service. On top of that god forbid if you buy a membership from them and try to cancel it. _First off, their membership is only based on recurring monthly charges, Red Flag Number 1. _You have to cancel at least 5 days prior to your membership cancellation, Red Flag Number 2 _Good luck finding the cancellation page in their website, because they do not have a page like that, Red Flag Number 3, _I had to call the only phone number listed in their website and find out that the form to cancel the membership is located under "Contact us" with one of the lines of the form having a pull-down menu with "Membership Cancellation" heading. Red Flag Number 4.When you find that, they will cross reference your Email address with your name and try to locate your account and get back to you later, how much later is not known. Come on now, its 2015, get your act together. Is this your customer accusation procedure ? Is this the way you want to make this car wash experience a fun and memorable experience ? By hiding the cancellation section in your website ? Since I knew that this car wash is a member of Chamber of Commerce in Monrovia, I called the chamber to file a complain about their deceptive practices with monthly membership, I was informed that the Chamber of commerce is having a hard time collecting their membership dues for months and they have not been able to contact with any one and all they get is a voice mail ? No surprise here. At the end I want to assure you Fast5Xpress car wash, you had the opportunity to turn this situation into a situation that you could earn a loyal customer and advocate (Despite your sub par car wash quality) and you choose not to. well guess what? This was the worst $28.99 I had spent on 4 car washes, this was the worst $28.99 that you spent on customer accusation, Guaranteed.

There should be an option for negative stars. I took my Corvette to get washed. I admit it was dirty, but that is why one takes a car to a car wash. I asked if it would get clean, assured it so. When I finished, I got out because the windshield was still streaked with soap. I then find the hood was not touched, still dirty, as was the top of each rear fender and the rear deck lid. I went in to ask about why and asked for my money back. They responded that they would give me a coupon for another wash for another car. Why would I take another car there!? I asked for the manager, got another attendant who said it was policy to not give refunds. They did horrible work and expect to keep the money for it!! Do not go there if you have anything with a curve or sits low, they cannot wash it and will take your money for it.

For $6 you can get a fairly decent car wash, lots of soap while you sit in the comfort of your car. Derrick was especially helpful.Usually busy but getting in and out is generally faster than other car washes. Bathroims are always exceptionally clean and well maintained. Derrick even allowed a man to collect plastic containers from their trash receivables to help sullort a homeless man who uses theminey to get a bus pass to get to his part time job. This is the kind of gracious attiuades I want to support. A business that employes people with a compassinate heart and have dignity and redpect for others. They"ll have my business every week.

I have mixed feelings about this car wash. We go about once a month to get our van washed and it used to be one of the best drive through washes, but now not so much. They attendants are not always paying attention and do not spray your car before you start driving through and there are some times that the wash seems like it is going faster than others. Sometimes I get a clean car, and other times there are still dirt marks and soap residue. The vacuums are awesome though, and as long as there is no line you can send a few minutes longer than usual (we have never been asked to leave but there is a 5 minutes limit).

A bit expensive for me since you dry your own car here. But I like this one better compared to all the other drive thru carwash. I love that the drying area is shaded, so summer is not that hard to do a carwash here. I also like how the mouth of their vacuum is small so it is easier to vacuum tight spaces on my suv. What this has that others I ve been to didnt have is the pressurized air straw to help you dry up the tight spaces on your exteriors and help you blow off the dust and dirt where vacuums cannot reach.

I am so happy to recommend this car wash, not only because the wash was good but because the customer service i received with a female employee by the name of Mrs. HOOVER was amazing! My mother, who is ill was with me at the time and Mrs. Hoover facilitated the process after i told her i was having technical difficulties. Her accomodating manner, and friendly smile made the experience we had an exceptional one. I recommend this place of business because of her. Thank you!

Really fast and inexpensive, the facility is clean and the process is very easy. Yes the car wash wont be as good as a hand wash you pay $20 or do yourself but its great for the value and perfect place to get a quick wash on lunch break or when your too busy to get it detailed

The staff here are always really understanding about coupons. Sometimes if your car isnt clean enough and there isnt a huge line, they let you go through again! I also like the free vacuums available after the wash. They are abundant so Ive never had to wait for one.

Decent automatic carwash. Bought the deluxe and it did the job. I think anyone who is upset about water spots or lack of power during cleaning has to remember that this isnt a hand wash or detailing shop. Will go again.

They did a thorough cleaning of my car! They had to run the car through twice to make sure its spotless. The price was reasonable too. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area of Duarte, Monrovia or Arcadia.

Its fast and vacuums are free. Great customer service. If the wash didnt clean your car sufficiently, they will send you through again for no charge. Only downside - sometimes a vacuum might have low suction.

This place is great! Its fast, inexpensive, and gets the job done. I like my car clean but dont always have time to go to a regular car wash. I go here weekly and my car (Explorer) looks great!

Its a great place to get your car washed. It has automated washing for the outside of your car but you have to vacuum the inside and do final polishing as low as $6 per wash

I love the car wash. I feel like I am traveling with Willy Wonka through a tunnel of whirly swirly rainbow streams (gold and platinum washes only). Free vacuums at the end.

One of the best car washes to go to. Just make sure to dry it after since there is some water left. Not a rough car wash like your other places and prices are reasonable.
