Well, they do take a loooong time to wash your car, (over an hour)but not only that, Ive been here about 6 or 8 times and every time after I select my type of wash they insist on selling me a higher priceed wash at a "reduced price". Makes me wonder how can they reduce the price so much... every time....is that really a "reduced price" or maybe the listed prices are overpriced....and their offer to reduce the price is only on the higher cost wash, never on the wash I selected.... maybe I should select a wash below the one I really want and Ill get a "reduced price" offer on the wash I really want... No to mention, just bought this vehicle new, two weeks ago, it has 400 miles, does it really need to be detailed???? Do they really advice on whats truly on the customers interest, or are these guys like a "used car sales person"... Just too much uncertainty on their pricing, gives me the feeling Im overpaying for their services.... Decided to give it another try after about 5 months, brought in the wifes car, she stood outside her car for about 5 minutes waiting for the guy at the check in, as he wasnt around. Came back in a couple hrs dropped of a pick up and asked for a wash of about $20, when I go to pay she wanted to charge me $39.... Left and brought yet another truck about 15 minutes later, I asked the cashier if I could get the $3 dollar discount advertised on the counter for being a "member" (and for coming back within 7 days from previous visit) since I knew I had paid for their membership awhile ago, she said sure you have to pay again because its a different vehicle.... I gues its not their fault, but mine for coming back.....

Eh I usually go to a different car wash but tried this one because it was close. Ill never come back. My car is stick and the guy driving it on the guide rails was way off causing under bumper damage and couldnt really drive stick, he was really jerky. I had to jump in and drive the car. The sensors were broken so half the time the sprayers never hit my car. I overpayed and wont come back. I love my car too much to put her through it again.

This is the worst car wash Ive ever visited. There equipment is subpar at best paid about 22.00 for a full wash outside and full interior. Which in translation is a basic wash with armor all on tires. I told the attendant I paid 10.00 extra for the full interior and was expecting armor all dressing for my seats and dash. Which he replied your interior is clean . Please avoid this place, they missed represent what you get.

I went here recently and almost asked for a refund. They charge you to do the outside and inside. I just put gas before coming here. Told the guy what I wanted and pulls my truck by the vacuum area with the engine running! Im waiting and waiting. They pull it in to be washed theres no one around. They do their thing and dry it. I left the next day I noticed my dash wasnt even cleaned off. One of my windows was streaked

Like other reviewer said they never have enough workers and the ones they do have must have job security because they are the slowest around. Now slow would not bother me if quality was good but sadley they just go through the motions. This is my 3rd and last time. I give everyone a fair shot but this place not good. Even when they have their Tuesday special $9.99. I would not recommend.

Horrible 35 dollars for a piece of crap job that my 11 year old could have done better. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. inside of windows are still dirty dirt all along the sides and they didnt even clean the dashboard. Horrible job. Used to be such a great place sad what they have become. Rip offs!!!

Ive been here three times I want to give them a chance but they are Horrible. i dont blame the workers. the management puts them in a position to fail. there is never enough workers, and they take 45 mins to wash your car. stay away from this place.

Im so excited!!!!!! My car was completely filthy and I just picked up my car and it looked BRAND NEW! I cannot rate this place highly enough - need more stars!!! Its the best car wash Ive received in CA. Thanks Raffi!

My truck was filthy when I gave them the keys and almost looked good when they gave it back. The price is cheap but the service is not. I may return for future washes. They did take a while but they did a good job.

They always do a really good job...peak hours mean a wait but I think thats the same for every carwash...Great discounts for frequent customers...the old place sucked...Im loving the remodel and better service!

They suuuuuuk! They hand dry the windows and hardly touch the dashboard or the cup holders! For $19??? Pinchis flojos!
