This place doesnt even deserve a star! They broke my trunk! This is my second and LAST time coming here. Rude people!! I came in earlier to have a regular wash. My first experience was ok. However i never paid close attention to the details, I only had the outside washed and they charged me $10. Okay so I go in and the guy was super rude, I had a few questions and he kept brushing me off. I opened my trunk and put the kids car seat in the back and guess what? It closed right infront of the guy. (That chubby front desk lady was nowhere in sight). Car is "ready" in a few minutes and he tells me it wont close! I didnt go off on him but I was curious to how that could be because it was just fine until I handed it to them. The guy did admit to opening it to "clean" the inside a little. But somehow it wont close so I go to autozone across the street and they told me to order the piece they broke would be around $250! At this point Im getting really upset because I should have to pay for something that wasnt my fault! So I ended up calling longo Toyota in peck and they were able to sell me the part for $84. A lot less than what autozone told be but still upset I have to pay for it. I ended up calling that same lady and I couldnt believe it but she gave me attitude saying I broke it and she saw it with her own eyes that I brought it with my trunk open!! And she even said last week my dad came to wash my car and said something was broken! Like wtf is she even talking about? I didnt even talk to her in a rude manner or anything she could even at least give me a refund. And she made it clear theres nothing I can do about it because there are signs everywhere at the car wash! Ugh worse experience. Do not ever come here unless you want to pay for their mistakes and get a half ass car wash!

I have to push star,because I need to, but I have very but experience on smog check, they really want to pass illegally when my car was fine, I have to go the smogcheck referee.
