I took my new Infiniti here for a wash. While vacuuming, they sucked up the clips that held my floor mats in place. Just after I drove off, I noticed that my floor mats were crooked. I stopped to make them straight and noticed that they were missing. I went back to ask about them. The manager said that he couldnt stop the vacuum because it was being used and to come back at the end of the day and that he would have them for me then. I came back and he said he couldnt find them. He said he would talk witht he owner and see what they could do. I gave them my cell phone number and never heard from them again. When I tried to call back about it, they would just take a message and say they would get back to me. I am never going here again. All they did was give me the run around. I do not recommend this place. Take your business elsewhere. The car wash in front of the home depot near the corner of Lincoln and Valley View is much better than this one.

I brought 2 cars to be washed - one was really dirty and they charged an extra $5 (no problem - it was REALLY dirty) and it was a van so they charged me more (again, no problem, I get that), the other one I brought in about 20 minutes later it had surface dirt from a recent rain - this one they said would cost MORE than the van!!!!!! Yea, it was dirty but really not that bad. Plus I had had it detailed a few months before so it had a nice coat of wax on it - I know the dirt would just rinse off (which I explained to them), they brought it down to an extra $5, but still!!! Do not recommend - I will be taking my car wash business elsewhere.

Disappointing, had gone here 2x previously, first time i hadnt seen my car that clean in years, second time two weeks later they charged me 5$ more for handwash and did a poor job for 30$ leaving many obvious dirty spots that i had to go back over. Third time i gave them an opportunity to make it right but the employee was more adament about defending his price than his work. I told him i was going elsewhere and he seemed to have an attitude of good riddance towards me. Sad, just sad how some people can be.

If there is zero star I would choose. They r very expensive they took 25$ oO internal car wash I took the car I found the back seat still has trash and dirty not vacuumed even at all and I had to go back they didnt even wipe the car from inside . I cannot imagine $25 for just vacuumed the car .and I even waited 45 minutes or more just for this bad cleaning. I dont recommend it at all. I would say over charge . Non good cleaning

Car comes in dirty and comes home clean and ready for the week! Would recommend to others to get their car washed here. However, Im giving three stars because of the cashier person.... She is super rude, doesnt smile at all or hardly talks. Talk about bad customer service. She always has a bad attitude like she hates her job....

Returned here after about a fifteen years. Pretty much the same I remember. Took about twenty minutes for a regular wash and did a good job. Returned to this location after a different wash establishment walked off with our car key (fob). La Palma Car Wash did it right. Staff was friendly on top of everything.

Good car wash. Last didnt clean my car well. It seems like they did a "rush" job because they were so busy. Usually my car wash is 25 - 30 minutes. On my Sunday visit, it was only 20 minutes and 3 men dried my car. Usually, its only one attendant. No TLC from my last car wash. Inside..was still dirty.

Ive been bringing my cars here for almost 20 years. Absolutely love this place. When youre a regular who tips the workers well $5 every time like I do your car will receive the TLC it needs. Im just saying a little tip to the one actually cleaning your car goes a long way.

This place is zero star. Bad customer service, didnt vacuum the back seat. If you have a truck or van, dont go to this place.

Left my car streaked, did not vacuum truck. Had mini detail wax. Not worth it. Worst car wash ever!
