I was watching the attendant drying my car and noticed he wasnt spraying the inside of the windows and wasnt paying attention to detail. The driver side window had smudges and the windshield still had spots. He made a faint attempt to clean it and then told me, "Oh it wont come off". I told him I wasnt happy, BUT still tipped him and he NEVER said thank you or apologized. I have been going there for years. I called the manager the next day, because they were closing the day I was there and the manager was no better. He never APOLOGIZED either, just said to come back the next day. Couldnt do it because I was going out of town, so the 24 hour time limit would expire, but he could care less. I expected more from the manager, but I guess that was asking too much. They definitely lack people skills. Very disappointed after being a customer for so long. Looking for another car wash.

I vacuumed my own car since they were busy a guy came did one front seat and left to an other car. I did it my self since I knew they were a little busy to ensure it is to my liking. That didnt bother me. But when it came to drying the guy didnt spray my car with air hose so I went and did it and he could of offered to clean excess water but instead I did it. This was my first visit but I dont plan on coming back. It was a few dollars more that where I normally go but Id rather drive 30 min to orange car wash where I know I dont have to do anything and know it will come to my expectation. It will also pay the extra $4 more this car wash was. If you want quality go to nohl ranch car wash right of the freeway.

Word cant express how dissatisfied I am. After spending 25.00, im left with water spots all over my car , which is not easy to get rid of. After my car was washed it was just left there and it was already dry by the time the man came to dry it. Hifm "drying" it when it was already dried did nothing for it. I am now left with water spots on my brand new car. Never ever will I come here again. They use cheap products & dont wash or dry your car properly.

I have been coming here for at least 10 years. The last 3 times, they did such a terrible job. The usual guy who writes tickets was out to lunch. His cover was completely oblivious to what was going on. People were getting their tickets, wash and left before we even got vacuumed. Total of 18 people waiting. There was only 2 cars ahead of me. Not really happy. I feel that I really wasted my miney.

Very poor service by cleaning guy, windows looked terrible, dash was dusty, carpets not vacuumed correctly and trim dressing was done messy. For 25.00 dollars this car wash is not worth it. I had to return because they forgot the air freshener and the worker looked pissed off when he saw pull back in to carwash I really thought he was going to say somethong to me.. I wished he would have.

The cleaning guy slammed my brand new Mercedes door against his ladder right in front of me! I told him how can he be so careless and he denied it and walked away embarrassed of what he did. I called the store office multiple times and all calls go to a bussy line, unable to even leave a message. I tried a different number provided by Google and same thing. Busy line. Not recommended. :(

I use to come here when I first started driving. The always made sure to add extra armor all ( or something that made tires shine) to make my ill VW bug sparkle!! 10 years later and now driving a big work truck, they still remember me! Made me feel like I never left home :) always good to see friendly faces :)

I had my vehicle detailed and Patrick, the service writer, was very helpful but I wasnt really impressed with the detail job. I have taken my vehicle there for regular car washes and the vacuuming job each time was terrible. I had to re-vacuum every time.

This place does a terrible lousy job vacuuming vehicle interiors. Ive hear from so many people in the past, but now I saw it with my own eyes and believe that story now. I dont recommend this car wash to anyone.

Do NOT go to this place if u care about your car ! No attention to detail and not friendly at all ! 4 of my 5 windows where still dirty after was and "dry" and when i say dirty I mean bird poop on them and all

It was cleaned quick enough, though lousy when getting things clean and dry! Spots they could have that i spent cleaning up. The passenger side looks like they havent even touched it.

I have used this facility for years. The staff is friendly and they take great care of your car. I have never been disappointed. Also, theres a great gift shop on the premises.
