This car wash, though the staff was friendly, was the worst car wash Ive ever been to and Ive been to a lot of them. 1. They dont have enough staff to move the the cars through, consequently I had to wait 1 hour for a basic car wash. 2. Their idea of a car wash is using the pushbroom type brush to quickly wash the car before it enters the tunnel. Doing that leaves it open for scratching the car. 3. In the tunnel itself the cloth washing strips were not moving which means that all they did was drag along the top of the vehicle an not clean at all. Many strips were missing and they looked like they desperately needed replacing. I think an audit of the system is in order. Prices went from 16.99 to 17.99. This is way over priced when I can get the same quality of car wash from a local gas station car was for much less. Oh, its been 1 hour and 15 minutes now since I pulled in. Never coming back again.

I usually have a great experience, but today was not one of them. Got the Int/Ext Special, was there for an hour. There were drips and smudges of cleaner stuck to the car, the steering wheel was slobbed with armorall and there was a dead moth still sitting in my back windshield. I didnt want to sit there any longer so I left. Probably wont go back. If I do I will try to ask for a different person to do it.

Completely dissatisfied with this place they sent my truck through the wash with the back windows down so now my whole back seats completely wet my dashboard is still completely dirty I am never coming back to this place again this is the worst service Ive had here in a long time and its just done now

A good deal if you have a coupon which is available if you shop at Stater Bros. or Ralphs. Would give a higher rating except for the long wait times, usually about an hour. If you go on a weekend, it will be even longer.

Great job cleaning my car. Much better than the car wash in my neighborhood. If I lived in the area, I would always take my car here.
